【摘要】 在目前激烈的市场竞争中,技术创新对于企业日益重要,并已成为企业生存和发展的根本推动力量,也是形成和提升企业可持续竞争优势的关键。然而,技术创新的成功与否取决于能否对其进行有效的组织。因此,选择合适的技术创新组织模式就显得很有必要。技术创新组织模式的选择要根据企业自身的条件和技术创新过程本身的需要来确定,具体地讲,就是要根据企业自身所具有的技术创新能力的强弱和技术创新过程本身的阶段特点进行选择。基于这一思路,本文就是通过在深入分析企业的技术创新能力和技术创新过程的基础上,根据企业本身的技术创新能力的强弱和技术创新过程的不同阶段特征对创新组织模式做出了不同的选择,进而对创新组织模式的有效性进行分析和评价,最后有针对性地提出了增强组织有效性的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the fierce market competition at present, technological innovation is increasingly important and has already become the basic driving force to the survival and development of an enterprise. It is also the key to form and promote an enterprise’s sustainable competitive advantages. However, successful technological innovation depends on organizing it effectively. Therefore, it seems quiet necessary to choose suitable technological innovation organization modes. The choice of the technological innovation organization modes depends on an enterprise’s own conditions and the needs of technological innovation process, to be exact, we should make the decisions according to the enterprises’ technological innovation capability and the stage characteristics of technological innovation process. Based on this idea, this paper makes different choices on technological innovation organization modes according to the enterprises’ technological innovation capability and the different stage characteristics of technological innovation process on the basis of analyzing them deeply, and then analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of technological innovation organization modes. In the end, measurable suggestions are put forward that can strengthen the effectiveness of them.更多还原
