【摘要】 业务流程再造的理论研究已十多年,但仍没有形成规范化的方法体系,而现代企业面对着越来越大的生存压力,已经将业务流程再造作为迅速提高核心竞争能力的重要途径,因此业务流程再造方法成为学术界和企业界共同关心的焦点问题。本文在深入分析业务流程再造的基本理论和建模方法的基础上,提出了基于Petri网的BPR建模技术,并进行实例的建模仿真分析。本文主要创新点如下:系统的介绍了业务流程再造的基本理论:全面的介绍了目前用于BPR流程的建模方法;对于这十几种建模方法的特点、基本思想等都做有详细的阐述,为企业的建模方法的选择提供了很大的余地,这同时也是对BPR流程建模方法的一次比较全面的综述;提出了基于Petri网的业务流程建模方法,同时,对其颜色和属性进行扩展;提出了一种支持BPR的事物流程模型(BPM);系统的进行了基于Petri网的企业业务流程分析,建立了一个公司的Petri网业务流程模型并对其进行仿真分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Business Process Reengineering (BPR) has been considered as a method to improve core capability of competition for many corporations recently. But BPR has not formed the standardized technology. So the method of BPR becomes the focus point for the academic and business circles to lay stress on together. In this paper, through the analysis of the basic theories and modeling methods of BPR, the author proposes the technology to model business process based on Petri nets, and makes a case analysis of modeling and simulating.The main contributions of this paper are summarized as follows: introducing the basic theories of BPR systemically; introducing modeling methods of BPR comprehensively; explaining in detail the characteristics and basic principles of the tens of the modeling methods, which provides a variety of choices for corporation modeling methods and is also a comprehensive introduction to modeling methods of BPR.proposing the method to model business process with Petri nets, with color and property expanded to Petri nets, proposing a Business Process Model to support BPR; analyzing systematically the corporations’ business process based on Petri nets, therefore making a Petri net process model and giving a simulating analysis to it.更多还原
