嵌岩桩荷载传递及承载机理研究

【摘要】 嵌岩桩作为一种特殊的桩型,以其承载力高,沉降小,群桩效应弱等特点极大的满足了高层建筑,桥梁工程等大型工程项目的需要,对其承载机理的研究也成为一个热门的课题。目前,国内众多学者纷纷撰文阐述,嵌岩桩的承载性状,但由于嵌岩桩的独特工作机理,现场试验比较困难,目前缺乏典型的试验资料,基于此,在广泛搜集国内外有关资料的基础上,并利用弹塑性有限元理论,对嵌岩桩的工作机理以及各种影响因素进行了系统的分析和研究,得出了一些有益的结论。具体工作包括: (1) 对嵌岩段侧阻力的工作机理,进行具体分析,探讨了Ian W.Johnston和Thomas S.K.Lam的理论假设和试验数据。该假设假定桩岩界面在微观上是三角形连接,并依据此假定着重以试验模拟桩岩界面的剪切行为。在此基础上,研究了孔壁粗糙度对桩—岩侧阻力性状的影响。结合施工方法探讨了岩石强度、岩体质量、桩径等因素与孔壁粗糙度之间的关系。 (2) 分析研究桩端岩石破坏形式,及桩端阻力的传递机理及桩端岩石强度,沉渣厚度等对端阻力的影响。总结了目前国内外的桩端阻力计算方法。 (3) 采用弹塑性有限元的方法模拟桩岩界面的凹凸槽,针对不同嵌岩深度比,岩石模量的变化等情况对荷载传递机理进行了数值分析,得出了一些具有指导性的结论。并根据国内外学者针对嵌岩桩的设计所建议的思路,将有限元的计算结果用于嵌岩桩的设计当中,总结出表格式设计方法,可为嵌岩桩的设计,施工提供参考。

【Abstract】 As a special pile style,the rock-socketed pile has the characteristic of high carrying capacity low settlement and weak group effects behavior,which satisfy the need of construction of high building and bridge etc,the mechanism of its load transfer has become a hot program.Recently,a great number of specialists published articles,studying and shedding lights on the behavior of this sort of pile.Few of them, however have provided typical test and convincing data on mechanism of this kind pile.In view of this ,based on widely collecting involved datum from domestically and abroad,the author of this paper systematically analyzed and summarized the mechanism of rock-socketed pile and its influential factors of all kinds.In the end,some conclusions were obtained .What the author have done are follows:(l)As to the mechanism of pile section within rock socked,the author introduced,analyzed and discussed Ian W.Johnston and Thomas S.K.Lam’s test data and their theory,in which it was suggested that the interface between pile and rock be triangular joint between concrete and rock on microscopic A series tests are acted to simulate the shear behavior between pile and rock based on the suggestion.Otherwise the author analyse the influence of roughness of the interface to the mechanism of pile section within rock socket.Combined with the construction method,the author discuss the relation of the rock rigidity、 rock quality、 pile diameter etc with the roughness of the interface.(2)The author analysed the destroying form of the rock at the tip of pile、 the end capacity transfer mechanism and influence of the rock rigidity、 sediment thickness etc to the end capacity.At the same time the author summarized the calculation method of the end capacity.(3)With the elastic-plastic method,the author simulated the load transfer mechanism as to the situation that whether there are grooves between the rock and the pile、 the difference of the ratio of socketed depth to the diameter、 the change of the rock module,some valued conclusions are obtained.Based on the methods that are suggested by the scholar as to the design of the rock-socketed piles,the author apply the finite element method result to the design of the rock-socketed and summarized the table design method,which can offer reference to the design and construction of the rock-socketed pile.
