基于IEC61499功能块的控制系统建模与设计

【摘要】 开放分布式IPMCS(工业过程测控系统,Industry Process Measurement and Control System)是工厂自动化系统未来的发展趋势。IEC 61499定义了一整套独立于具体实现的设计模块化、可重用、分布式IPMCS的基本概念和思想,同时融合了先进制造的理念,代表了新一代工厂自动化系统的必然趋势。 目前,针对以IEC61499功能块为基础,在整个生命周期支持开放分布式控制应用的研究,仍存在许多理论及技术问题有待解决。本文面向工程应用,给出基于IEC61499功能块控制系统应用的新方法,基本解决了其中建模以设计问题,并给出了从需求分析到功能块模型设计自动转换工具开发的方案。

【Abstract】 Open and distributed IPMCS (Industry Process Measurement and Control System) is the trend of factory automatic system in the future. A series of basic concepts and ideas about reusable and distributed IPMCS are defined in IEC61499, which are independent on material realization and integrate with the thought of advanced production, that represents the direction of new generation factory automatic system.At present, there are still many academic and technical problems about the research of the open and distributed IPMCS’ application based on IEC61499. Faced the engineering application, we provide a new method to Function Block Control System application based on IEC61499 in this article. The fresh approach solves not only the modeling and design issues, but also present a blue print to the development of the transition tool from system requirement to the design of function block model.Main content as following:1. Introduce the origin and the main content of IEC61499 systematically, present the research situation and problems about the new criterion of IEC61499 and illuminate the domestic application base of the criterion.2. Clarify the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the design pattern of MVC (Model-View-Controller). UML provides the static and dynamic model for the control system, which is applicable to the iterative development process. MVC makes the calculate model of software independent on the construction of interface, at same time, satisfies the requirement of interface.3. Analysis and modeling the control system based on IEC61499 with UML and CASE tool. Establish a set of modeling method to function block control system guided with the MVC design pattern.4. Fish out a series of design approach to IEC61499 Function Block Control System based on the MVC design pattern.5. Provide two blue prints about the development of transition tool from system analysis to function block design and explain them with an instance.
