基于TMN的移动网管故障管理子系统设计

【摘要】 随着世界电信技术网络种类和业务量急剧增加、网络规模不断增大,传统的网络管理系统由于没有标准的互联接口,已经不能适应当前电信网络运营管理的需要。有鉴于此,国际电信联盟公布了电信管理网(Telecommunications Management Network,TMN)标准,用标准的协议和接口使各个维护系统及电信设备互连成网。 本文结合TMN理论,按照TMN的规范和方法论,对移动网络管理系统的子系统——故障管理系统进行研究与设计。 本文描述了任务和研究目标,阐述了课题涉及的背景知识。为采用TMN架构进行设计和实现,着重介绍了TMN的组成、体系结构、功能划分以及其他相关背景,详细分析了故障管理的功能需求、业务逻辑以及处理流程。 运用面向对象、组件等计算机技术来构建故障管理系统的系统框架。根据TMN的体系结构思想,对故障管理系统进行分层设计和实现,分为故障采集层、故障分析处理层和故障显示层三层结构。故障采集层完成告警数据的采集,实时性和完备性是对故障采集层的要求;故障分析处理层是故障管理系统的核心,解决告警数据的加工处理,完成相关性分析,告警定位等业务功能,为故障显示层提供数据接口;故障显示层是网管系统人机交互接口,提供告警显示和操作界面。本文采用ORB总线方式构造系统框架,系统设计包括针对告警事件交互等事件管理方面的设计,从而形成统一而稳定的故障管理系统框架平台。 以位于故障管理系统服务器侧的故障采集层和故障分析处理层为例,给出详细功能模块设计以及接口定义。在分析与设计的过程中,充分考虑了系统的可靠性和可扩展性。
【Abstract】 As the sorts of telecommunication networks and their services expand rushly, the network scale is becoming larger and larger. Without the standard interconnect interface, traditional network management systems can not meet the needs of nowadays telecommunication network management. Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) is proposed by ITU-T to connect the maintenance systems with telecommunication equipments, using the standard interface and protocols.According to the methodology and specifications of TMN, this thesis gives the design of the fault management subsystem of the mobile telecommunications network management system.The background of the topic is introduced, mainly focusing on the architecture and components of TMN. Detailed analysis of the functional requirements and logics of the fault management system is presented, as well as introduction of the process of fault management.According to the architecture construction theory, the fault management system is designed with the object-oriented technology. It is departed into three layers: fault collection layer, fault analysis layer and fault display layer. The fault collection layer collects the alarm data, real time collection and maturity is required in the layer. The fault analysis layer is the core of the fault management system, including the alarm data transaction, event correlation analysis, fault location and data interface to the fault display layer. Being an interactive interface of the network system, the fault display layer deal with the alarm display. The ORB bus method is used to build the network architecture. Event interactive design is introduced in the design, and it will lead to a unified fault management system plateform.Detailed designs of functional modules and interface of the fault collection layer and fault analysis layer are given as an example of system implementation. Reliability and expandability are also considered.
