基于TMN的3G移动网管系统与实现

【摘要】 随着通信技术的高速发展,以及第三代移动通信系统(3G)技术的成熟和商用,移动网络的规模正在不断扩大,网络结构也正进行着不断地变化和调整,网络复杂度日益提高,通信网络的管理和维护变得越来越重要。为了确保通信网络处于高效的运营状态,及时收集网络的相关状态参数,提高网络的运行效率,缩短故障的修复时间,迫切地需要开发一种先进的、管理功能全面的网络管理系统。 针对3G网络的特点,明确3G网管管理系统的功能需求,开发出一套满足用户管理需求的网络管理系统,是一个重要的课题。本文的主要研究工作包括: (1) 分析了当前的移动通信网络环境,并指出随着国内外3G网络的不断推出,开发一套管理功能齐全、具有兼容不同厂家设备能力的网络管理系统是非常急迫的。 (2) 详细研究了网络管理系统的基础模型——TMN模型,基于TMN模型的网络管理系统能与其它网络运营系统或电信设备之间进行互连。 (3) 根据3G网络的特点,对3G移动网管系统进行了规划。指出了3G网管所应具备的管理功能,提出了一种实现方案,并对实现中的几个关键技术进行了研究。 (4) 对网管系统中的软件管理功能,进行了具体的业务功能分析,并做了具体实现。 (5) 提出了网络管理系统的进一步发展方向。 本文实现的网络管理系统已经在国内的某知名电信公司得到了商用,并且运行状况良好。本实现方案的创新点体现在: (1) 基于CORBA的中间件技术,设计出了一套分布式、可扩充、跨平台的高效网元管理系统。 (2) 采用Manager/Agent结构,并结合XML技术,设计出了一套接入灵活、可扩充性强的网元动态接入方案。 (3) 给出了一个关于如何实现基于FTP协议的传输功能和基于MML的远程操作功能的完整设计。
【Abstract】 With the high-speed development of telecom-communication technology and with the maturity and commercialization of 3G, the scale of cellular network is becoming more and more larger; the structure of the network is changing constantly, and the complexity of the network is being improved day by day. Thus the maintenance task is becoming more and more important. To insure that the network is working under a high-efficient status, and the data of network enviroment is collected timely, and also improving the efficiency and shorten repairment cycle, it is needed to develop an advanced network management system urgently.It’s a quite immportant subject to study the management function requirement of 3G network management system and realize such a system. The main research work of this paper includes:1. Explore the current telecom network and drew a conclusion that it’s immportant to develop a 3G network management system with multiple functions and good compatibility.2. Study TMN model explictly; by adopting the model, the network management system can inter-operate with other management systems.3. Make a plan for 3G network management systems according to the characteristic of 3G and confirm the management functions of 3G-network management system should possess, and present a scheme of realization. Some key technologies are also explored.4. Analyse the software management functions and its service flow, and present a realization.5. Put forward the further developing direction of the network management system.The network management system the paper shows has been realized and commercialized by one known telecom company with good operation status. The innovations of this work are embodied in:1. By adopting CORBA middle middleware technology, it realized a distributed, extendible and high-efficient network element management system.2. By adopting Manager/Agent structure, combining with XML technology, it desighed a flexibly and expandability network element dynamical access scheme.3. It provides a designation about how to realize the transmission function based on FTP protocol and remote operation based on MML.
