集装箱船配载稳性计算研究

【摘要】 集装箱化是五十年代出现的现代化运输方式,是现代化运输业发展的必然趋势,发展很快。随着贸易的发展,单件杂货及部分散货的集装箱化率的提高,集装箱货运量一直呈现持续增长的态势。配载工作是船舶运输生产中十分重要的一个环节。编制集装箱船,特别是大型集装箱船的配载计划,具有数据处理量大,计算要求高,限制条件多,要求编制时间短等特点。 本文就集装箱船舶配载稳性软件的开发问题进行了论述。第1章概要叙述了集装箱船舶运输及船舶配载软件的现状;第2章总结了集装箱船配载所要遵循的原则;第3章详细介绍了配载稳性软件中进行船舶性能数据计算的方法,第4章介绍了集装箱船完整稳性计算的方法和原理;第5章介绍了程序设计和数据库访问技术;第6章介绍了船舶配载稳性软件帮助用户如何实现配载稳性计算的过程;第7章介绍了研究中存在的不足之处和今后需要改进的地方,对将来的工作提出了展望。 软件设计的核心是集装箱船的性能计算和完整稳性计算,计算过程中涉及船舶类型、装载状态和航区的选择。性能计算主要是静水力曲线、邦金曲线和稳性插值曲线;完整稳性计算主要是静稳性、动稳性和稳性衡准的计算。计算过程中各参数的取值对结果的影响非常大,参数计算涉及的线性和非线形插值众多,这就更需要作者具有扎实的专业知识。 集装箱船配载稳性软件的设计需要作者熟悉装载的各环节,对集装箱船的配载要非常了解。编制集装箱配载稳性软件,因素繁多,这给编制工作带来很大的困难。考虑软件人机交互的特点和友好界面,本集装箱配载稳性软件是以Visual Basic6.0为平台,以MS—Access为主要数据库,用ADO(ActiveX Data Object)数据库访问方法。程序设计过程中引用Microsoft公司的软件(如Excel)都采用不指定版本的形式,而且设计程序采用程序块处理不同的问题,每个块具有相对独立性,这样设计程序的可维护性好。
【Abstract】 Container is modern transportation way which appeared in fifty’s years, and it is inexorable trend of development and develops quickly. With the development of trade and the improvement of the containerization of a piece of groceries and some bulk cargo, the situation of lasting growth has appeared all the time in the quantity of goods transportation of the container. Stowage is one of key courses in the operation of cargo transportation at sea. To work out the stowage plan for container ships, especially for large container ships is a very complicated kind of work.It requires much data processing, high precision of calculation, much concerning of restrictions and high efficiency.This thesis discusses the stability for container ships stowage and design of loading software for container ships.The status quo of transportation of container ships and the loading software for container ships is narrated in the first chapter. Some principles of working out stowage plan for container ships are summed up in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the thought of how to design a loading software is outlined. In the fourth chapter, the method of dealing with the ship’s data concerning loading software is introduced, in the fifth chapter, the language of program and dasebase technology is discussed. in the sixth chapter, the help of using the software is demonstrated. And in seventh chapter, the author comes up with the prospect and the development about stowage in the future.The core of software design is the performance calculation and intact stability of the container ship which involves the ship type , the choices of the loading state and navigating area in the process. Performance calculation is mainly made up of the calculation of hydrostatical properties of ship and intact stability. Static stability , dynamic stability and stability characters are involved in intact stability.The choice of parameters has large effect on the calculation results, and linear and non-linear calculation of interpolation are used widely in the parameters design, which needs the author to have well-knit professionalknowledge even more.The author should be familiar with every part of loading in the software design, and should understand the container ship very much.Developing software of the stowage is very difficult because of many factors which are related with each other.Considering software characteristic and friendly interface of human-computer interaction, the author adopts Visual Basic6.0 as the language of the program, MS-Access as the main database and ADO (ActiveX Data Object ) as the database technology.Microsoft software (such as Excel ) is adopted flexibly. In the design, the author has developed some sub programs with different questions, thus maintainability of the program is perfect.
