基于GIS的配送路径规划方法研究

【摘要】 配送线路的合理规划对于配送系统的服务效益和效率的提高均具有重要作用。其中,配送路径安排问题(即Vehicle Routing Problem,VRP)是配送系统规划与决策的关键,也是目前的研究热点之一。随着商品配送呈现出小批量、多品种、多频次、及时性等趋势,配送路径的优化更加复杂。GIS是一种具有空间数据处理功能的信息系统,将GIS应用于配送系统规划与决策,能有效考虑空间信息对配送系统的影响。 本文将从带时间窗约束的车辆路径问题出发,结合GIS技术,研究基于GIS的配送路径规划的方法,并对GIS与物流配送系统集成的关键技术进行深入探讨,最后对集成系统的原型进行探讨。 本文的主要工作如下: 第一章对国内外物流系统规划研究现状进行了综述,并对车辆路径问题和GIS技术在物流分析中的应用进行了概述。 第二章分析了GIS技术与物流配送系统优化的理论基础,分别对物流配送优化模型、方法和GIS技术进行了介绍,并对GIS技术在物流系统中的应用途径进行了分析。 第三章对基于时间窗约束的物流配送VRP求解方法进行了研究,首先给出了带有时间窗约束的VRP模型,然后研究了基于遗传算法的求解方法。 第四章研究了GIS技术与配送系统集成的方法及关键技术,首先对集成内容和系统信息流程进行分析,提出了系统结构设计和开发模式,并主要从数据集成和功能集成两个方面分析了系统集成的关键技术。 第五章在上一章集成模式研究的基础上,通过一个实例探讨了系统实现的方法。 第六章对全文的主要研究工作进行了总结,并对进一步的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The planning of vehicle routing takes great effect on the improvement of benefit and efficiency in distribution. Vehicle routing Problem is the key in decision and planning of distribution. And it has become focus to study now. As the goods distribution appear with a new trend of more kinds, less batchs, high frequency and time restriction, optimizations of the delivery route become more and more complicated. Geographical information system (GIS) is a information system with strong spatial analysis function. Application of GIS can consider the influence of space information to distribution system effectively.This paper set out research from the vehicle problem with time windows (VRPTW). It brought forward the method in delivery route planning base on GIS. Then it explored the key technology in system integration. Prototype system was developed in the end.The details are as follows:The first chapter gave a survey to the current situation of the researchs in planning of distribution system. And it carried on a summary on the application of VRP and GIS in logistics analysis.The second chapter analyzed the theoretical foundation of the optimization of logistics system. It firstly introduced the model of optimizing and GIS technology. Then it analyzed the application method of GIS in logistics system.The third chapter explored the optimization of VRPTW. The model was ste up. Then the method base on Genetic Algorithm (GA) is studied.The fourth chapter explored integrated method and key technology of the logistics distribution system base on GIS. The integrated content and system information procedure were analyzed. And systematic structural design and development mode corresponding to reality were put forward. Then the key technology of system integration is deeply explored, including the data integrating and integrating with the function.Base on the study in last chapter, realization method of integration were expored with an example.Finally, the sixth chapter carried a summary to the main research work in this paper, and then gave some prospect to the further research.
