【摘要】 龙头企业带动型的农业产业化经营组织一直是我国农业产业化组织的一种主导形式。本文首先从交易成本经济学和专业化分工理论方面阐述了龙头企业带动型农业产业化组织的形成动因和生成机理；其次给出了这种农业产业化组织的运营原则，并对四种主要的运营模式进行了比较深入的探讨，同时分析了运营模式的选择所应考虑的因素；之后对这种产业化组织的运营中所出现的典型问题及成因进行分析；最后对这些典型问题的解决对策进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise-leading agricultural integration organizations is the dominant type of agricultural integration organizations. Firstly, using the theory of transtraction cost economics and professional division of labour, this essay expounds the cause of agricultural integration organizations; Secondly, the essay presents four principles of operation of agricultural integration organizations, and discusses four major operation models of enterprise-leading agricultural integration organizations; Thirdly, the essay analysis the cause of typical problems which have arisen in the process of operation; Finally, the essay presents some effective countermeasures to these typical problems and some suggestions to promote the development of enterprise-leading agricultural integration.更多还原
