水电站梯级调度远程计算机监控系统研究

【摘要】 电力工业的发展呈现出日新月异的势头,水力发电作为一种环保的、可再生的能源已是电力工业中重要部分,对水利资源的合理利用和科学调度也一直是方新未艾的研究。现阶段的水力资源开发正朝着大型化、流域化的方向发展,对整个流域进行合理的规划、开发,建成梯级电站,形成规模效应,不仅在防汛、抗旱、水资源管理、水土保持等方面能发挥综合效应,而且对电力企业本身能产生巨大的经济效益。电力调度部门通过对流域的联合梯级调度,可以大大缓解电网的丰枯和峰谷矛盾,而流域性梯级水电站,彼此间距离遥远,距离调度中心和负荷中心遥远。计算机监控系统能够实现对水电站生产现场运行过程的监测、管理和控制,以及调度自动化的要求,但要实现对整个流域的梯级调度,远程计算机监控系统是必不可少的手段和方法。 本文研究的梯级水电站,最上一级具有长期调节能力水库,以下各级只有日调节能力的小水库,这种情况的梯级水电站目前在我国和世界各地都是最多的,极具代表性,而且这种情况的梯级水电站计算机监控系统中的经济运行也是最简单的情况,无须像其他类型的梯级电站,对经济运行建立数学模型和优化算法,所以本文侧重研究建立在现场监控基础之上的远程监控一些关键技术:传统的控制网络与Internet信息网络融合研究,远程计算机监控系统基本理论,远程监控解决方案——基于Web浏览器的B/S结构,远程计算机监控系统的构造和设计,同时针对水电站的实际情况提出了具体的实现方案。该监控系统的建立,方便了管理人员的生产调度、合理决策,而且在网络安全的条件下,通过Internet,在任何地方都可以对系统进行监控。本系统不仅适合于电力系统监控,对其他工业监控都有普遍意义,具有较大的应用和推广价值。关键词:流域性梯级电站微机监控远程监控梯级调度网络融合
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the electric power industry, waterpower, as a clean reproducible energy source, has become a important part of the power industry. Rational utilization and scientific dispatch of the hydraulic resource remain to be the most important research task of power system. Today the exploiture of the hydraulic resource is developing to large-scale and river basin mode, so the rational layout and exploiture, building more cascade Hydroelectric Stations and enlarging scale, will play an important role in the areas of drought and flood prevention, water resource management, and water and soil preserving. More importantly, these will bring a massive economic benefit to the power corporation。 By the united cascading dispatch for the river basin, the power dispatching department can alleviate the conflict between the power networks’ plenty-drought period and peak-valley time by a long way. The river basin cascading hydroelectric stations are far from each others, far from the dispatch centre and the charge centre. The computer monitor system can meet the requests of the measurement, management and control of the stations’ working field, and the request of the dispatch’s automation. But to carry out the cascading dispatch of the whole river basin, the remote computer monitor system is the necessary method.The top classes of the cascading hydroelectric stations studied in this paper are thereservoirs that possess the long-term dispatching ability, and the other stages are the reservoirs only possessing the daily dispatching ability. The cascading hydroelectric stations in this condition are popular both in our country and the others. Do not like the other cascading stations, these stations’ computer monitor system have the simplest economical function mode. This paper put the emphasis on the key techniques of the remote monitor based on the field monitoring: traditional control networks combining with the Internet, the theory of the remote computer monitor system and its resolvent -the B/S structure base on the web explorer, and the system’s design. At the same time it provides a practical scheme according with the factual status of the hydro-stations. The construction of this monitor system eases the managers’ dispatch and decision-making. Under the safety condition of the net, by internet, managers can monitor the system everywhere. This system is not only for the power system’s monitoring, but for other industry monitoring it is helpful either.
