【摘要】 通过分析研究CD/VCD/DVD光盘的物理、逻辑格式、文件系统,光盘的ATAPI接口协议,设计了一个基于DOS平台的、用于台湾唯冠集团光驱产线的测试程序,实现了对其基本性能进行快速准确测试的要求。当前流行的光盘驱动器测试软件如NERO、CDWinBench等都是在WINDOWS环境下的测试软件,不适合于实际生产流水线的简单快速测试要求。此次开发的功能测试程序使用ATAPI传输协议分别在PIO和DMA模式下对各个厂家的光盘驱动器的基本性能进行检测,实现起来非常方便。在系统的设计上,将整个软件分为两大模块:第一模块是对光盘驱动器控制的接口程序的编写。该模块的主要功能是实现对光盘驱动器的控制工作,初步实现程序控制光盘的初始化、出仓、进仓、播放CD、刻录光盘等;实现对光驱读数据和写数据的速度测定的功能;实现光驱的1/3寻道和全寻道时间的检测。第二模块是主控界面模块,该模块主要实现对整个测试过程的控制。不仅给用户提供图形界面,还可以让用户根据自己需要设定待测光驱、待测项目、待测项目间测试时间间隔等。还同时具有保存用户的测试配置文件、显示测试的结果并和标准进行比较的功能。在第一模块中使用汇编语言,以直接对硬件进行控制和测试,使测试的精度提高。第二模块是用于设计界面、控制工作流程和文件存取的,使用Borland C++ 3.0作为开发工具。测试结果表明,系统成功地实现了实际产线要求的各个功能的快速、准确测定,并可以对市面上98%的光驱进行测试,是一个界面友好,性能稳定,使用方便的系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing and researching the physical format, logic format, file system and ATAPI interface protocol of the CD/VCD/DVD disc, disc drive performance test program for Preview Group Ltd. product line based on DOS had been designed, the demands to test the disc drivers had been implemented fast,well and truly.Commercial test software such as NERO,CDWinBench was based on windows and couldnot satisfied the needs of product lines on simpleness and speediness. This program was used to test the basic performance of disc drivers in PIO &DMA mode based on ATAPI transport protocol and implemented easily. The whole system included two modules: the first module was disc driver interface program and its function was to control the driver to implement the works such as initial,tray in/out, play audio, write disc and test read rate& write rate and 1/3 seek time and full seek time. The second module was the firmware to control the test process. It provided the GUI and results’store & compare function and user can set the test driver,test items and intervals. Development tools are MASM and Borland C++ 3.0.The results showed that this system was suited to 98% disc drivers on market. It was friendly, stably and conveniently, so test process was fast and truly.更多还原
