基于高性能DSP的交流传动系统研究

【摘要】 本文主要以交流感应电机为控制对象,以TI公司的数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A为控制核心,以具有交互功能的MATLAB/SIMULINK为仿真工具,重点研究了空间矢量脉宽调制的过调制控制策略和直接转矩控制的仿真实现,从控制系统硬件的结构、软件设计等方面对基于高性能DSP的交流传动系统进行了深入的研究。本文在介绍空间矢量脉宽调制原理的基础上,提出了基于空间矢量PWM的过调制控制策略,详细分析了过调制模式的原理和实现,并用傅立叶级数分析,证明该策略能在有效控制谐波含量的基础上进一步提高直流母线电压利用率。详细说明了具有过调制控制的空间矢量脉宽调制算法流程和实现,并给出了不同调制模式下的仿真结果。在直接转矩控制的仿真实现中,介绍了DTC的结构功能框图,重点说明了磁链、转矩闭环控制的原理和实现,建立了基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的直接转矩控制系统,给出了详细的仿真结果,并从理论基础上具体分析了DTC的转矩动态响应特性。本文介绍了一种基于高性能数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A和智能功率模块IPM的全数字交流传动控制系统的硬件方案设计和实现,具体分析了控制部分各模块的功能和电路实现。针对2407A器件的特点重点介绍了混合电压和逻辑电平设计的解决方案。文中还给出了采用TOPSWITCH单片式开关电源芯片的系统功率驱动开关电源设计。该方案具有系统设计更简单,结构更紧凑,性能更优化,可靠性更高等优点。本文介绍了DSP的C语言编程和混合程序设计,详细介绍了采用C语言设计DSP程序的特点和方法,并介绍采用C语言实现了直接转矩控制软件算法的实现,证明了基于C语言的程序设计模式既能很好的保证控制程序算法的运算速度,又能大大提高程序可读性。论文介绍了CAN现场总线的特点和优越性,具体给出了利用2407A器件集成的CAN控制器的应用电路,并利用分布式CAN控制器设计了基于并口EPP模式的CAN通讯卡。

【Abstract】 This thesis is chiefly contributed to the deep study of the AC drive system based on the high performance digital signal processor about control system structure, hardware and software design etc, which the induction motor is taken as control plant, the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A as control core, interactive MATLAB/SIMULINK as simulation tools. This thesis impressed on modulation strategies of space vector pulse width modulation and the simulation of direct torque control. On the basis of introducing the principles of space vector pulse width modulation, a novel over modulation strategy is proposed and the principle and realization is particularly analyzed by Fourier series analysis, which has proved this strategy can further improve the using of inverter input DC voltage on the basic of efficiently restricting the total harmonic distortion. The arithmetic flow and realization is explained, and the results contrasting with conventional SVPWM are given.In section of simulating realization of the direct torque control, the function block diagram is particularly introduced, and the closed loop control of flux and torque are given impress. Also in this section the simulating system is set up and the result and the torque response characteristic from the DTC theory are presented. The hardware and software’s design scheme of all digital AC drive system is proposed based on high performance digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A and Intelligent Power Module (IPM). The function blocks of control system are particularly described and the circuit configurations are given. In allusion to the characteristics of 2407A, the paper puts emphases on the solution of mixed voltage and electrical logic design. It also gives the realization of the system power supply module adopting single chip switching power supply with TOPSWITCH. This scheme make the system design more simple, the structure more compact, the performance more optimized, the reliability more high.The paper also introduces the C programming and mixed program design of DSP, and particularly gives the design of DTC arithmetic in C language which has proved the software design based on C can not only ensure the arithmetic efficiency but also improve its readability. The characteristics and advantages of CAN field bus is introduced in the end. The application circuit of integrated CAN controller in 2407A is proposed, and innovated design the CAN communication board based on EPP mode of parallel port.
