潜浮速度模拟器的开发与研究

【摘要】 本文研究的是潜浮速度模拟器的研制开发技术。根据潜艇潜浮速度模拟器系统的设计指标,完成了结构设计、部件选型,介绍了模拟器主体尺寸的设计过程、松下交流伺服电机和谐波减速器型号的选定以及模拟器液压系统的设计。 参考国内外模拟器常用控制工具的选择,分析了工业控制计算机的特点,采用了IPC 的集中控制方案。论述了控制系统总体设计、基本组成、工作原理和基本特点。说明计算机控制系统的硬件组成以及各控制卡的功用。对工控机控制系统的优缺点进行了讨论。 根据模拟器控制软件必须界面良好、易于操作的特点选择 Windows 作为控制系统的操作系统。阐述了控制系统获得高精度定时器的意义,并就几种典型的获得方法作了说明。为证明 Windows 系统下控制软件的可行性,以 VxWorks 实时操作系统为比较对象,在该操作系统下编写了模拟器控制软件,分析了在不同操作系统平台下对于潜浮速度模拟器控制软件的实现方式并就其不同特点作了较深人的比较说明,并给出Windows 系统下可行性结论。 采用软硬件结合的办法提高传感器的抗干扰性能,以提高模拟器性能。从干扰来源的角度对硬件抗干扰进行了论述;把软件抗干扰技术分为 CPU 抗干扰和输入输出抗干扰两大类分别加以论述。这种软硬结合的办法不仅适合于模拟器控制系统设计,而且对于一般的计算机控制系统也有一定的参考意义。最后,给出了模拟器样机的最终调试结果,并就所存在的相关问题进行了研究与讨论。 模拟器系统控制软件用 C++(VC++6.0) 和 C(VxWorks)语言实现。整个控制系统功能完善、具有友好的人机界面和交互功能。样机实验证明,潜浮速度模拟器的总体性能是符合设计要求的。

【Abstract】 What the thesis studies is about the manufacture technology of submergence-emergencespeed simulator. According to the design guideline, the system structure design has beenfinished and the parts of system have been selected. This article introduced the process ofdesigning the main dimensions for the simulator, the selection of Panasonic AC servo motorand humorous-wave speed reducer and the design of hydraulic system. Referencing to the controller of simulators of civil and abroad ,the characteristic ofindustrial personal computer (IPC) is analyzed and the scheme of concentrated controlsystem is adopted in the simulator system. The whole design, makeup, operation principleand basic specialty of the control system have been discussed. The constitution of computercontrol system and the function of the control card have been introduced. The advantagesand disadvantages of IPC have been discussed too. Windows is chosen as the OS of main control system because of the requirements thatthe control software must have good interface and be easy to use. It is significant to get ahigh resolving timer on the main control system .And several typical methods to get highresolving timer have been introduced. In order to prove the feasibility of the controlsoftware used in Windows OS, the software used in VxWorks OS is programmed tocompare. In the thesis we analyze the different ways of programming the control systemsoftware in different OS, and explain their character. Finally we educe the conclusion. To improve the reliability of sensor, both the hard ware and software methods areadopted in the system design to get better control performance of the simulator. Thehardware anti-jamming has been discussed from the viewpoint of the source of disturbance.The software anti-jamming is been dissected to two parts, CPU anti-jamming and in-outanti-jamming, to dissertate. These methods with both hardware and software are not only fitfor simulator control system design, but also helpful for the ordinary computer (digit)control system. Finally, the details of the simulator performance are showed after finaldebugging, and the relative problems about the simulator performance are studied anddiscussed . The whole system software has been programmed in C(VxWorks) and C++(Windows)language. The control system has the perfect function and amity interface between humanand machine. The experiment of sample machine proved that the whole design of thesimulator is perfect in working.
