双变流器串-并联补偿式UPS

【摘要】 本文主要内容是关于三相串并联补偿型 UPS 系统的研究。三相串并联补偿型 UPS系统又可以分解成串联变换器和并联变换器后分别单独研究。本文围绕着怎样将串联变换器控制成正弦电流源,将并联变换器控制成正弦电压源,特别是在并联变换器中引入重复控制等问题进行了详细地分析、仿真和实验。分别给出了串联变换器和并联变换器在三相静止 ABC 坐标系、两相静止αβ坐标系和两相旋转 d q 坐标系下的状态空间平均模型。利用三种坐标系之间的坐标变换规律,不同坐标系下的数学模型可以相互等价转换。本文详细推导了三种坐标系之间的坐标变换矩阵,并揭示了坐标变换的内在联系。对串联变流器,本文采用了直接电流控制方案。对并联变流器,电压电流双环控制动态响应好,对于各种负载都有比较好的输出电压波形校正效果。但是,作为一种改进我们引入了重复控制,在电压电流双环控制的基础上加入重复控制的一种混合控制方案,通过理论分析、仿真以及实验,证明这种混合控制方案相对于电压电流双环控制在并联变流器带各种负载即使是最严重的有滤波电容的三相不控整流桥的非线性负载时都有更好的输出电压波形校正效果。分析了串并联补偿型 UPS 系统的各种补偿特性,给出了系统的功率流向分析。系统启动后,能够做到功率平衡,可以撤掉蓄电池,作为 UPQC 工作。实验装置是一台容量为 20kVA 的三相串并联补偿型 UPS 系统,控制芯片是 DSP 芯片 TMS320F240,利用此款 DSP 丰富的外围电路,能较容易实现既定的各种控制目的。本文还给出了串并联补偿型 UPS 系统在市电过压 15%、市电正常和市电欠压 15%等三种工况下的实验结果波形,并对实验结果进行了详细的分析。

【Abstract】 A three-phase series-parallel compensated line-interactive UPS system is studied in thisthesis. The three-phase series-parallel compensated line-interactive UPS system is composedof a series three-phase converter and a parallel three-phase converter. Analysis, simulationsand experiments are centered around how to control the series three-phase converter as asinusoidal current source and to control the parallel three-phase converter as a sinusoidalvoltage source. Mathematical models of the series three-phase converter and the parallel three-phaseconverter in three phase stationary coordinate, two-phase stationary coordinate and two-phaserotating coordinate are established in this thesis. With the introduction of the concept ofvoltage space vector and coordinate transformations, and easy to let three-phase systemtransform between the different coordinates. In this thesis, for the series three-phase converter, direct current control scheme areselected; while for the parallel three-phase converter, based on the multiple-loop of voltageand current control scheme, we introduce the repetitive control scheme. In experiments, wecompare the combined control scheme of multiple-loop of voltage and repetitive control withmultiple of voltage and current control scheme. The combined control scheme proved to behighly effective at the parallel three converter’s output no matter what kinde of loads areconnected. The compensation characteristic and power flow of three-phase series-parallelcompensated line-interactive UPS system is analyzed in this thesis. After the whole systemstart, it can work as UPQC without storage battery. A 20kVA three-phase series-parallel compensated line-interactive UPS system based onDSP controller is designed in this thesis. DSP chip TMS320F240 has very rich controllerperipherals and hence to create an ideal solution for this kind of UPS system. The experimental results are given when utility voltage over 15%, in the normal valueand under 15%. General analysis of the experimental results is given in this thesis too.
