【摘要】 随着中小企业地位的日益提升,在探讨中小企业的最佳管理模式、实现管理体制的创新、促进其管理水平的提高以及增强其竞争力的理论和实际运作过程中,供应链管理思想在中小企业中的应用越来越体现出它的优势所在。针对以中小企业为核心的供应链管理运作展开研究,阐述了供应链管理这一新的思想产生的成因以及对中小企业所产生的作用;然后借用 SWOT 分析方法分析了以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,再结合供应链管理的支撑体系,提出了以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的关键控制要素;最后提出了一些以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的运作策略。以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的运作策略方面的研究主要体现在以下几个方面:首先,供应链管理发展的动因是由于传统企业管理模式急需变革以及新的竞争环境的催生,供应链管理对中小企业管理各方面起着积极的作用;其次,以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战;再次,以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的关键控制要素在于战略支撑体系和信息技术支撑体系;最后,以中小企业为核心的供应链管理运作策略包括:塑造自身的核心竞争力、合理构建以中小企业为核心的供应链、物流策略以及信息技术策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME), during thecourse of probing into the best management modes of SME, realizing innovation ofmanagement system, promoting their management level and enhancing theory and actualoperation of their advantage, applied the Supply Chain Management (SCM) idea in theSME embody advantage more and more. Aim for the SCM operation that focuses on SME, it has explained the cause of beingthe SCM idea and the function produced toward SME as a new thought of the management.Then analyzed the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of the SCM thatfocuses on SME by SWOT analysis. And then, combining the support system of SCM,putting forward the key element of controlling the SCM which focuses on SME. Finally, itput forward some operation tactics of the SCM that focuses on SME. An operation tactics research of the SCM that focuses on SME includes the following:First, the reason of developing of the SCM is the traditional enterprise’s management modeneeds improving badly and the new competitive environment, and it plays a positive role todifferent fields of medium and small business administration; Second, the Strengths,Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats of SCM which focuses on SME. Thirdly, the keyelement of the SCM which takes SME as central lies in strategic support system andinformation technical support system; At last, the operation tactics of the SCM whichfocuses on SME include: Mould the core advantage, structure the supply chain whichfocuses on SME, logistics tactics and information technology tactics.更多还原
