【摘要】 从1978年改革开放起, 外商直接投资(简称FDI)不断涌入我国。从各个方面对我国的经济增长发挥着重大作用。目前有许多关于FDI与GDP关系的研究,但绝大多数都没有从产业层面来分析FDI对经济增长的影响。一般分析FDI与产业的关系就是研究FDI对产业结构调整或产业安全的关系。没有FDI对产业发展影响的实证研究问世。但是,从实证角度研究FDI对我国产业发展贡献有以下几点好处:1、分析FDI的产业分布及对我国产业发展的影响有利于了解不同行业的外国投资者在中国的投资偏好和战略重点。2、分析FDI对我国产业发展的影响有利于我们更清晰的了解FDI作用于我国GDP的微观机制。3、分析FDI对我国产业发展的影响有利于我国制定更有效、有利于我国各产业发展的《外商投资产业指导目录》。因此,本文即以FDI对我国产业发展影响为切入点来进行分析并最终得出以下结论:1、对我国农业发展而言,劳动力具有最大的贡献。但是从效率上来说,劳动力的效率却是最低的,而FDI的效率则大幅领先于国内投资与劳动力。2、对我国工业发展而言,国内投资具有最大的贡献。从效率上来说,国内投资也是最高的。FDI居其次,劳动力的效率为负。表示随着20多年的发展,FDI与劳动力在我国工业的边际产出已经开始递减。3、对我国第三产业发展而言,FDI的投资效率最低,具有负的边际产出。说明FDI对我国第三产业有负面影响。一个可能是因为我国许多第三产业并不对外资开放;一个可能是FDI对第三产业的国内投资产生了挤出效应;一个可能是FDI吸收了第三产业大量高素质人才;一个可能是第三产业FDI大多投入到劳动密集型行业,而本文的回归方程主要衡量的是FDI的资本贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1978, China begins to execute reform & open policy, FDI influx into our country continuously. It plays a big role in the economic growth of China in many aspects.There are many studies about the relationship between FDI and GDP, but most of them do not analyze their relationship from the angle of industry. Most papers about FDI and Industry are study how does FDI influence the industry structure and the industry security. But there are several advantages to analyze the FDI’s contribution to the industry in positive way: 1、Through analyzing, we can know the foreign investor’s industry preference and strategy emphasis. 2、It can help us to know the micro mechanism that how FDI act on GDP. 3、It can help us constitute more effective、more benefit 《Industry Guided Catalog to foreign investors》.Therefore, this article will use FDI’s influence to the development of industry as a cut-in point to analyze. Finally, we can get several conclusions beneath: 1、To agriculture, labor force contribute more than domestic investment and FDI. But speaking in the view of efficiency, the efficiency of labor force is lowest; however, the efficiency of FDI is much higher than domestic investment and labor force. 2、To industry, domestic investment has most contribution, and its’ efficiency is highest among FDI and labor force. This mean the marginal product of FDI and labor force is decreasing during the 20 years. 3、To tertiary industry, the efficiency of FDI is lowest compared with previous industry. The marginal product of it is negative. This illuminate FDI do negative influence to tertiary industry. One reason maybe is China do not open many tertiary industry to FDI. One reason maybe is FDI produced extrusion effect to domestic investment. One reason maybe is FDI absorbed a lot of person with high ability. One reason maybe is tertiary industry’s FDI is mostly invest in labor dense industry, but the regression equation is mainly scale the capital contribution of FDI.更多还原
