水电站厂内安全与经济运行研究及其实现

【摘要】 水电站经济运行是挖掘水电站水库及设备潜能、充分利用水能资源的一项措施,又是减少能源消耗的一项节能措施,其经济效益和杜会效益十分显著。动态规划法作为一种全局性寻优的算法应用于水电站厂内经济运行,无论从理论还是应用方法上都已经非常成熟。水电站的厂内经济运行包括空间最优化和时间—空间最优化。在空间最优化问题的求解方法上,等微增率法提出较早,但用等微增率法要求微增率曲线是凸的,而实践中导致微增率曲线非凸的因素很多。动态规划法可较好的处理机组稳定运行的问题,适用于机组所有可行的出力范围,最重要的是它能完善的解决时间—空间优化问题。本文从水电站厂内安全与经济运行的数学模型入手,针对柘林水电站的实际情况及迫切需要解决的问题,介绍了基于动态规划法的柘林水电站厂内安全与经济运行的实现及关键技术问题的解决方法。在建立起来的安全与经济运行的数学模型基础上,结合水电站的实际情况,对应用过程中的关键问题如计算水头的确定、机组开停组合优化状态空间的选取、机组稳定性的处理提出多套方案,并作以比较、分析、论证,得到应用于实践的可行、合理的解决手段。根据建立起来的数学模型和关键问题的解决方法,编制了柘林水电站厂内安全与经济运行的部分关键处理模块及相关验证程序;对验证程序的结果进行了比较分析,论证了所采用方案的可行、合理性并应用于实际工程中;最后就部分方法的运用提出了改进方向。

【Abstract】 The economic operation of hydropower station is a method to excavate latent energy of reservoirs and equipments.Also it’s a method to use the water resource sufficiently and decrease the energy loss.Its economic profits and social profits are remarkable.As a entire optimization method used in the operation of hydropower, the dynamic programming is consummate not only in theory but also in application.The hydropower station’ economical operation involves space optimization and time-space optimization.In space optimization, the principle of equal-tiny increment is applied first.This classical method is used while the curve of the equal-tiny increment is raised.But in practice the curve of the equal-tiny increment is not always raised because of many uncertain factors.Under the guidance of the dynamic programming, the water-turbine can avoid entering the range of danger zone in the operation.And it is not only fit for all range of load but also can solve the time-space optimization completely. Beginning with the mathematical modal, this paper introduces the realization of the economical operation in hydropower stations and relative important methods and technique based on the dynamic programming aimed at the exigent problems of safety in operation of ZheLin Hydropower Station.Based on the mathematical modal and combined with the actual condition, projects are raised, discussed and compared in application for the sake of solving crucial problems such as the confirmation of water potential difference, the selection of states of the start and close combination of the water-turbine, the disposal of the stabilization of the water-turbine and the doable are adopted. <WP=6>According to the mathematical modal and the projects for solving pivotal problems, important units and programs of validation are compiled in the process of the project.By comparing and analyzing the results coming from the programs of validation, the adopted schemes are approved to be reasonable and doable.At last the developmental directions are also presented about some mothed.
