顶驱钻机虚拟样机原型系统研究与实践

【摘要】 石油是一种战略资源,其勘探和开发成本高昂,为了降低成本,世界各国不断地采用新技术开发石油装备。伴随着现代产品开发环境的成熟,虚拟样机技术和产品数据管理技术有力地促进了新产品的开发和设计,缩短了产品上市时间,增强企业的竞争力。本文紧紧围绕虚拟样机(Virtual Prototype,VP)技术和产品数据管理(PDM)技术这一主题,对石油顶驱钻机虚拟样机原型系统和PDM系统所涉及的相关理论和技术进行了研究和应用实践。主要包括如下内容:首先,概述了虚拟样机技术及其体系结构研究上的特点和变化。研究了顶驱钻机虚拟样机原型系统的体系结构、集成框架、建模方法和关键技术。其次,分析了参数化技术的特点以及应用于系统建模的方法。并在此基础上,通过对VP技术和CAD软件特点的分析,提出了顶驱钻机虚拟样机原型系统的组件模型;研究了顶驱钻机虚拟样机原型系统中的管理系统和数据库的关系。从应用的角度,研究了顶驱钻机零部件数据库设计的原理和信息的组织方法;同时,基于对信息集成的研究,提出PDM系统的体系结构并分析了其基本的功能模块。最后,研究了各系统与PDM系统集成的方案和接口实现方法以及虚拟造型系统界面设计;对于虚拟造型系统,利用VC和数据库技术,在Pro/E环境中加以实现,取得了一定的成果,验证了本文研究原型系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 Petroleum is a kind of strategic resource, and that is high cost to prospect and to develop. New petroleum equipment is continually developed by some countries in the world by introducing into new technology to reduce the cost. Along with maturing in the modern production development condition, Virtual Prototype technology and Product Data Management technology improved new production’s developing and designing, also reduce its duration to market, buildup the competitive capableness of company. Surrounding the topic of technology on Virtual Prototype(VP) and Product Data Management(PDM), this paper studies the relational theory and technology about the VP and PDM of the Top Drive Drilling System(TDS), then develops and carries out it. This thesis mainly includes: Firstly, introduced the VP character and change in its system structure, researched the system structure, integrated frame, modeling and key technology about the TDS.Secondly, analyzed character of parametrical technology, and then requirement for modeling in the system. Based on it, analyzing the software character of the VP and CAD, pointed out component model of the virtual prototype system about the TDS, researched the relationship between management system and database. From the application, introduced the underlying environment to build up database, researched the principle which design database, and the method of organizing information about the parts in the TDS, in the meantime, based on have studied the integrated information, put forward for the system structure about the PDM, and researched its functional model.Lastly, introduced the integrated project and fulfilling interface methods between the virtual modeling system, analysis system and PDM system, and the interface about the virtual modeling system.Through VC program language and database technology, illustrated the virtual modeling system in the Pro/E, and validated the affectivity of the system which studied in this thesis.
