【摘要】 随着企业信息化建设的逐步深入,企业对CAPP系统的需求,不再是局限于它能解决企业里工艺人员的卡片填写问题,考虑更多的是在整个产品生命周期中,工艺信息的产生、流动以及有效的管理和维护。因此,如何实现工艺信息的规范化管理具有重要的现实意义。本文对工艺信息管理模型、基于PDM的集成化工艺信息管理模式与系统体系结构及在此结构环境下实现工艺信息集成和管理的若干关键技术进行了研究,主要包括以下内容:1)分析了工艺信息的基本特性,以此为基础建立了工艺信息管理模型,分析了该模型的实现方法,提出了基于PDM的集成化工艺信息管理模式和解决方案。建立了基于PDM的工艺信息集成框架,应用接口交换的集成模式和DDE、COM技术,构建了基于PDM的工艺信息管理系统。2)着重论述了工艺信息集成框架下不同系统间的数据交换。讨论了各种信息交换的方式;结合PDM的流程管理,提出了基于任务的数据交换模式,采用中间数据库和接口函数实现了系统间的数据交换。3)讨论了如何利用PDM的强大功能来管理工艺信息,提出了以产品工艺结构树为核心来组织和管理工艺信息,并结合PDM的项目管理来探讨如何实现工艺设计的过程化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual development of enterprise’s information construction, the demand for CAPP system of enterprises, no longer confine to its solving the problem that technologist fill in the craft card, it considers to be mostly, creation and flow and effective management and maintenance of process information in the life cycle of whole product. So, it is importance with realistic significance that how to accomplish standardization management of process information.In this thesis, studies the model of process information management、based on PDM integrated process information management mode and its system structure and some key techniques under this environment. The main contents include the following:Firstly, the model of process information management based on analyzing the characteristic of process information is established, and the implementation method of this model is analyzed and the solution that based on PDM integrated process information management mode is put forward. The process information integration frame based on PDM is established, furthermore, adopt the integrated mode with the interface function and DDE 、COM technology to establish the system structure of the process information management based on PDM.Secondly, the data interchange among different systems in the process information integration frame is expounded emphatically, and the commutative way of various kinds of information is discussed, furthermore, on flow management of PDM basis, the data interchange mode based on task is put forward, and adopt the mode of middle database and utilize interface function to realize data interchange of integration system.Thirdly, management of process information with function of PDM is discussed and organization and management of process information based on product structure tree is put forward, furthermore, the course of technological design is managed by means of project management of PDM.更多还原
