华中数控系统远程监控与维护技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对全球化市场环境下设备售后服务与技术支持问题,以武汉华中数控系统有限责任公司生产的数控系统为对象,研究数控设备的远程操作、监测与诊断方法。论文主要研究内容包括:第一,分析、介绍了华中数控系统的硬件﹑软件体系结构和网络应用现状,分析了面向华中数控公司产品的数控设备远程监控与维护系统的功能要求,提出系统总体结构,并从功能上将系统划分为现场服务器和远程监控两个模块。第二,按照现场服务器模块的功能需求,提出华中数控设备现场服务器的设计和实现方法。内容包括:现场服务器的整体设计、底层数控设备与现场服务器进行通讯的数据流格式和数据流处理流程、底层数控设备与现场服务器的通讯实现方式、远程客户端与现场服务器的通讯实现。第三,按照远程监控模块的功能需求,提出华中数控设备远程监控终端的设计和实现方法。内容包括:远程监控模块的整体设计、可重构的远程监控界面设计、远程监控的安全控制层次。最后,结合参加完成的华中数控设备网络化技术支持与维护系统的运行图例,介绍了本论文承担的数控设备的现场服务器和远程监控模块的工作情况。内容包括:数控机床实时和历史信息获取、数控机床远程操作、测试代码远程运行、数控机床E-mail和手机短信息报警等。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of service after sale and technique support of equipments in global market environment, remote operation, remote monitor and fault diagnostic methods of CNC machine are studied based on the CNC machine of WuHan HuaZhong Numerical Control Association in this dissertation. In the following parts, the details are introduced.Firstly, the architecture of hardware and software and the present state of network application of HuaZhong CNC system are introduced and studied. The whole structure of remote monitor and maintenance system are proposed in view of the requirements of functions of HuaZhong CNC-oriented machines. In addition, the system is divided into two modules of field server and remote monitor according as functions.Secondly, the design and implementation methods of field server module are proposed according to the requirements of the functions of module. The following contents are included: the integrated design of field server, data stream formats, transmission procedures and the way of implementation in communication between CNC machine and field server, remote client and CNC machine.Thirdly, the design and implementation methods of remote monitor module are put forward according to the requirements of functions of module. The following contents are included: the overall design of remote monitor module, the design of reconfigurable remote monitor interface and the safety control hierarchical of remote monitor.Finally, the working conditions about field server and remote monitor modules the author developed are introduced using some running graphs of the HuaZhong CNC network technique support and maintenance system finished by the group in which author attended. The main contents include remote reception of real-time and history information, remote operation of CNC machine, remote performance of test G-code and the fault alarm by e-mail and short message of mobile-phone of CNC machine etc.
