滨水区休闲空间规划设计研究

【摘要】 目前,休闲已成为人们生活中不可缺少一部分,越来越多的人认为,休闲业将是今后一大主要支柱产业。国外滨水区的开发建设已经盛行了近50年,大多是以从产业功能向商业、休闲功能转换为动因的。这种功能置换和休闲业的发展充分说明了滨水区休闲空间越来越受到人们的喜爱。我国滨水区休闲空间的开发建设起步不久,很多项目由于建设周期短和缺乏合理有效的规划指导,导致了环境破坏、资源浪费和重复建设等一系列问题。因此有必要结合国外的成功实例和国内有借鉴价值的项目,对滨水区休闲空间的规划设计提出一套行之有效的理论方法。本文参考了大量国外的典型实例,结合参与的两个大型滨水休闲空间的规划项目,运用系统论、景观生态学及各类城市设计理论和景观规划理论,对滨水区休闲空间的特性进行了剖析,在此基础上对滨水区休闲空间的规划设计方法进行了建构。论文主要包括以下五部分内容:第1章 绪论:介绍本文的研究起源、研究内容和方法、研究框架等。第2章 概念及内涵:首先对相关概念进行界定和辨析。本文涉及到的相关概念包括休闲、休闲空间、滨水区和滨水区休闲空间。然后,本文对这些概念进行了内涵引申,剖析了国外滨水区休闲空间的建设情况,并对我国滨水区休闲空间的建设提出看法。第3章 休闲行为与滨水休闲空间:首先对休闲行为的发展、分类、空间结构及其与人的属性之间的关系进行了论述,然后,叙述了滨水区休闲空间的构成要素、基本属性和组合类型。第4章 滨水区休闲空间的规划设计:按照从整体到局部的顺序,重点阐述了滨水区休闲空间的规划设计方法,这是本文研究的重点。首先确立了规划设计的目标和原则;然后从空间形态和景观生态的角度,阐述了滨水区休闲空间整体设计的一般方法;接着,本文从硬质环境、绿化环境和水域环境三方面入手,讨论了滨水休闲空间的细部设计;最后,本文对休闲活动设施的规划设计进行了详尽的阐述。第5章 实例分析:结合厦门钟宅湾和广州海鸥岛这两个典型实例,说明上述规划设计方法的可行性。最后结语部分指出:滨水区休闲空间的规划设计,应以现状调研为设计基础,注重整体性的把握和对滨水区的景观生态性的考虑,充分体现以人为本的主导思想,结合地域特点和市场趋势,考虑实际操作的弹性。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, recreation has become the important part of people’s life, more and more people believe that the industry of recreation would be one of most important main industry of the world. The construction of waterfronts has been popular almost 50 years abroad, most reason is the function exchanging that from industry to trade and recreation. It shows that the space of waterfronts for recreation is more and more popular. In China, the construction of waterfronts is only in the first step, because of being lack of experience and the short period for building, many waterfronts’ projects come out a serious of problem such as destroying nature’s balance, wasting resource and too many same kinds of construction. So it is very necessary come out the theory and ways of recreation planning and design of waterfronts by learning from the successful and typical examples abroad and in china.Based on many typical examples abroad and the two large projects of waterfronts which the author joined, utilizing System Theory, Landscape Ecology and others theories of urban design and landscape planning. This thesis analysis the character of waterfronts’ recreational space, and then build the theory and ways for recreation planning and design of waterfronts.This thesis is made up by the following five parts:Chapter one is the introducing. It is about the research’s source, the content, the ways and the structure of research.Chapter two is the conception and connotation. At first, it defines the referent concept and discuss them. The referent concept is including recreation, recreational space, area of waterfronts and recreational space in the area of waterfronts. Then it discuss these concept and analysis the situation abroad of recreational space in the area of waterfronts, and bring out the opinion about Chinese situation of recreational space in the area of waterfronts.Chapter three is the recreational behavior and the recreational space in the area waterfronts. At first, it discuss the recreational behavior’s development, classification, space structure and the relationship between it’s space structure and people’s belongingness. Then it describes the factors, the basic character and type of combination for recreational space in the area of waterfronts.Chapter four is the planning and design for recreational space in the area of waterfronts. According the order from the whole to detail, it describes the ways of planning and design for recreational space in the area of waterfronts. It is the most important part of this thesis. At first, it defines the aim and rule. Then from the view of space form and landscape ecology, it discuss the whole planning and design for recreational space in the area of waterfronts. Then from the view of man-made environment, green space and water space, it discuss the detail design for recreational space in the waterfronts. At last, it describes in detail for the facilities of recreation.Chapter five is the analysis of projects. By analysis of the two typical projects that Xiamen Zhongzhai Bay and Guangzhou Seagull Island, it shows the feasibility of the above ways.In the end, the thesis comes out that: planning and designing recreational space in the area of waterfronts, we should be on base of the investigation and research of current situation, be care of considering with the wholeness and the landscape ecology, express conception for human being, utilize the character of location and the tender of market, and consider the flexibility of realty.更多还原
