通用锅炉运行参数计算组态软件的开发

【摘要】 针对锅炉计算与受热面布置方式有密切关系的特点,在讨论组态软件的优点及其系统结构特点基础上,提出了将工控软件的组态思路用于锅炉相关计算软件实现的方法,开发了一套通用锅炉运行参数计算组态软件。论文在分析面向对象程序设计方法、Windows编程特点和MFC编程技术的基础上,结合常见工控组态软件的功能特点,确定了通用锅炉运行参数计算组态软件的系统结构,介绍了该软件的设计与实现。软件的主要功能包括:图形组态功能、计算流程控制功能、数据库连接功能、计算结果输出功能、计算代码输出功能等。锅炉运行参数计算采用了热力计算中的通用锅炉传热单元抽象模型,可以适应对不同受热面布置和不同汽水流程锅炉的运行参数计算,基本解决了适应不同炉型的通用性问题。所开发的组态软件采用图形组态方式,用户能以近似“搭积木”的方式,对锅炉传热部件进行合理搭配,生成自己需要进行计算的具体锅炉,使软件的使用具有很好的灵活性。计算结果以棒状图、报表等形式给出,并可以将计算结果永久保存到数据库中。另外,软件可以输出针对组态好的具体锅炉的专用运行参数计算代码,供其它应用程序使用,减少了软件重复开发的工作量。文中介绍了对两台锅炉的应用实例,结果表明了计算模型和软件功能的正确性。
【Abstract】 The process of many kinds of boiler calculation has a close connection with the way of heating surface arrangement. On the basis of discussing the advantage of configuration software and its systematic structure, in this paper applying the configuration concept of the software for industry control to the realization of the software for boiler calculation is proposed, and a set of general-purpose software for boiler calculation based on operating parameters is developed.After analyzing the method of object-oriented programming, and the characteristics of Windows programming and MFC programming, according to the characteristics of the familiar configuration software for industry control, the systematic structure of the general-purpose configuration software for boiler calculation based on operating parameters is constructed, and the design and the realization method of the software is introduced. Its main function includes: Figure configuration function, calculation procedure control function, database linking function, result of calculation’s output function, calculation code’s output function, etc.Software developed in this paper chooses the mode of configuration with figure, and can make user in the approximate way that put up building blocks conduct the boiler heating parts to create the concrete boiler being calculated, so the software has the characteristic of flexibility. The result of calculation is provided in the form of bar-shaped picture, report form, etc, and furthermore, it can be saved in the database forever. At the same time, the software can output the special-purpose codes of calculation for the concrete boiler well configured. Through two application instances of boiler, the validity of the function of the software and the adopted mathematical model are verified.
