基于OPC的机器人焊接生产线监控系统的数据集成及软件开发

【摘要】 本论文围绕江苏省“十五”科技攻关项目“网络化焊接机器人研制与跃进汽车集团焊接生产线应用工程”的子课题——机器人焊接生产线监控系统的设计,比较深入地探讨了基于客户机/服务器结构的网络化监控系统实现中的需求分析、数据集成及软件开发等问题。论文介绍了网络化计算机监控系统的功能、特点以及分类,对南京依维柯车身厂由六台COMAU点焊机器人组成的焊接生产线监控系统进行详细的需求分析。系统采用客户机/服务器结构,底层SIEMENS S5系列可编程控制器(PLC)网络设备与监控服务器通过PROFIBUS进行数据通信,机器人经网络化改造后通过以太网与监控服务器连接。论文对异构系统的数据集成方法进行了探索,设计了用于监控应用软件与现场设备进行数据交换的的数据库,构成了基于数据库服务器的生产线监控集成数据平台,为各子系统的沟通和数据共享提供基础。在此基础之上,论文对监控系统的软件开发进行了详细的分析和设计。最后论文对底层数据交换技术——OPC服务器进行了详细介绍,并且阐述了该技术在系统中的应用。

【Abstract】 Surrounding with the design of the Monitoring and Control System of Robot Welding Product Line, which is the subtask of the Tenth Five Tackle Key Project of Jiangsu Province ‘R&D of Open Network Industrial Robot and the Application Project of Automobile Welding Product Line of Yuejin Motor Combine’, this thesis discusses the problems of requirement analysis, data integration and software design of the Network Monitoring and Control System in detail which is based on the Client/Server structure.This thesis introduces the function and characteristic of network computer monitor and control system. And requirement analysis is presented to the monitoring and control system of welding product line which is made up of six COMAU robots in the Body Plant of Nanjing IVECO Motor Company LTD. The system is based on the Client/Server structure, in which the monitoring computer communicates with the partner devices such as PLC of SIMATIC using PROFIBUS protocol, and robots connected with the monitoring server through Ethernet after there are reconstructed with network. This thesis explores the data integration method of the isomer system, and designs the database for data traffic between the monitoring application software and the partner devices. Then the management data integration platform of the product line is constructed, which provides the basis of subsystem communications and data sharing. After that, this thesis analyzes and designs the software of the system in detail. Finally, data traffic technology, OPC, is introduced and application of OPC Server is also discussed in the monitoring and control system.
