【摘要】 现代项目管理是在20世纪60年代以后发展起来的,在西方科学、理性思想以及分解-综合等科学工具的应用下,结合西方经济快速发展所带来的诸如基础设施建设、基础科学研究、航空航天工程等项目实践,项目管理逐渐发展为一门科学,并构成了自己的学科体系。1982年利用世界银行贷款建设鲁布革水电站引水导流工程成为我国工程项目管理领域具有里程碑意义的事件。鲁布革工程标志着我国开始了项目管理知识的系统引进和学习研究工作。中国有中国的具体国情,中国社会所特有的某些“非正式制度”可以在更低的成本、更符合中国传统思维习惯、行为的情况下达到西方先进项目管理理念相似的效果。更深层次的,把西方科学的项目管理理念同具有中国特色的“非正式制度”的结合,可以构建符合中国国情的、有价值的项目管理理念。本文的研究对象是项目管理中的“关系”。文章首先对于项目管理的发展、项目管理体系的构成进行了简单的介绍,提出现代项目管理中越来越注重人本管理、柔性管理。接下来通过对中国经济环境、法律环境以及传统文化、传统伦理道德的思考,阐述了“关系”的存在的基础,“关系”的含义,工程项目管理中的正式关系与非正式“关系”,并提出了健康的“关系”对于工程项目管理的正面效应。在上述分析探讨的基础上,通过理论对比分析、实证调查研究,对“关系”在“企业层次”和“项目层次”的作用机理进行了详细的探讨,引出对中国工程项目管理实践和构建适合中国国情的项目管理理念的有益启示。最后,文章提出实践中建立和深化良性“关系”的原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 After nearly fifty years of development, project management has been developed as a new management area in the realm of management science. Two powers boosted project management’s development. One is the development of science and technology, which gives us more tools and new ideas in management area. The other is the quick development of economy. Lu-Bu-Ge Water Power Facility must be the first project that China adopted project management thoughts and tools systematically. After that, new project management thoughts and tools began to be introduced to Chinese project area accordingly, and brought us a lot of benefits. With the globalization of world’s economy, there will be more and more project management thoughts and tools to be introduced to China. However, China has its own unique characteristic on economy, society, culture and law system. In Chinese project management area, if we take consideration of some Chinese unique informal mechanisms, we could get the same, even better, outcomes as utilizing some western advanced thoughts or tools, with lower cost and higher efficiency.This dissertation studies the influence of “Guanxi” in Chinese construction project management area. Firstly the writer introduce the meaning and characteristics of projects and project management, the development trends of project management and the construction of project management knowledge. Then the writer get the conclusion that modern project management begin to take “soft management thoughts and technologies” on a more and more important place.Secondly, through the study of Chinese traditional culture and ethics, the writer describe the environments that Guanxi grows, the meaning of Guanxi, the different kinds of connections that exist in project management, and the positive aspects of Guanxi for project management. On the basis of these studies, the writer analyzes the mechanism of Guanxi on Enterprise Level and Project Level, supporting with compare and practical surveyed information. With these analysis, the paper bring forward some valuable hints for constructing Chinese own project management thoughts. In the end, the dissertation gives the principles of how to construct and nurture healthy Guanxi in project management.更多还原
