活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的弯曲疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】 活性粉末混凝土是继高强、高性能混凝土后,于90年代开发出的超高强度、高韧性、高耐久、体积稳定性良好的水泥基复合材料。RPC具有良好的细密性,它的低含水率有益于减少孔隙。跟普通混凝土相比,它对侵蚀物具有优异的抵抗力,用它修建的结构或构件的寿命将更为持久。本文在综述国内外活性粉末混凝土研究概况及其最新进展的基础上,结合国内的实际情况,使用福州地区的原材料,成功地研制出具有优异的力性能的活性粉末混凝土。疲劳荷载作用下,混凝土材料因受损失效而导致结构物或构筑物开裂及破坏是危害结构物或构筑物正常及安全的重要因素,因此本文研究了疲劳荷载对活性粉末混凝土强度的影响,对不同体积掺量纤维的活性粉末混凝土试件,利用Instron电液伺服式疲劳试验机对其施加疲劳荷载,测试疲劳寿命。在实验基础上,用疲劳统计学理论研究了RPC弯曲疲劳寿命的概率分布规律,得出RPC的疲劳寿命方程。本文研究结果可归纳为:与无纤维RPC相比,钢纤维的加入大大增加了活性粉末混凝土的抗折强度和疲劳寿命。活性粉末混凝土的弯曲疲劳寿命分布服从两参数威布尔分布。对应两参数和三参数威布尔分布,求出存活率和疲劳寿命之间的关系即P—N曲线,发现二者的结果有不小的差异,因此在估算结构或构件的疲劳寿命时,根据实际情况选取合适的计算方法很重要。
【Abstract】 Reactive Powder Concrete(RPC) is a kind of serviceable mixture of concrete with high performance, good ductility and stability which is invented in 1990s. The RPC displays excellent granular compactness, and its low water content helps reduce porosity. This results in an excellent resistance to the penetration of aggressive agents, and structures and components with RPC are expected to significantly outlast those built with ordinary concrete.In this paper, on the base of the comprehensive analysis of the most up-to-date development of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) in domestics and abroad, in terms of the practical condition and the using of the common material in Fuzhou, RPC with excellent mechanics performance and durability is successfully prepared. The breakage caused by the fatigue load not only influenced but also did harms to the safety and normal use of constructions, so we discussed the effects of fatigue load on RPC. According to different proportion of fibre in RPC, we imposed fatigue load on specimens by the Instron testing machine, and then got their fatigue lives. Based on the experiments, fatigue life distribution of RPC is studied using fatigue life statistics theory, the fatigue life equation is established.The study results in the paper can be conclude that the bending strength and fatigue life of RPC with steel fibre are much higher than those of plain RPC. The bending fatigue life of RPC can be described by two parameter Weibull distribution. I gained the relation between livability and fatigue life, and then drew the P-N curve. Compare the P-N curve of two parameter Weibull distribution with that of three parameter Weibull distribution, some differences between them are found. So we should choose the appropriate method to obtain the fatigue life of structure or component.
