【摘要】 数字资源的普及和利用已经成为数字图书馆建设中的一个重要组成部分。如何帮助图书馆利用有限的资源建设经费，选购适用、利用率高、具有相当学术水平的数字资源，以及如何评估图书馆的数字资源使用情况已成为数字资源馆藏建设研究的一个热点问题。商业化数字资源评估工作开始于20世纪90年代后期，而评估工作的最初动机则是图书馆机构对于自己在数字资源方面不断增长的投资及其所产生的效益两者关系的关注。由于缺乏足够的数据和科学的评估方法，图书馆无法了解用户对数字资源的使用情况，无法客观了解读者对数字资源服务的满意程度，在购买决策和调整资源建设服务方面都产生了极大的困惑。图书馆必须建立一套能够充分反映数字资源的学术性、适用性、功能性、性价比等方面特点的评估指标体系，指导图书馆对数字资源进行系统的评估。建立数字资源评估体系是一个全新的课题，是具有极强实践意义的系统工程。本论文介绍了国内外数字资源评估发展的现状，分析了其中存在的问题，重点探讨了建立数字资源评估体系建设中应该注意的一些问题，并在此基础上尝试建立了一个数字资源评估指标体系。 论文第1章介绍了数字资源的定义和分类，并提出了数字资源评估问题 论文第2章介绍了国内外对数字资源评估问题的研究情况。 论文第3章从文献计量学、网络资源评估和国际标准三个方面讨论了数字资源评估研究的相关方法论问题。 论文第4章介绍了目前国内外已经公布的数字资源评估体系，并对各指标体系的优点和问题进行了总结。 论文第5章总结了数字资源评估体系建设工作中出现的问题，并提出了相应的改进办法和见解。在此基础上，建立了一个数字资源评估指标体系，包括内容评估、系统功能、使用情况、使用效率、相关服务等五个方面，并对评估体系应用问题进行了说明。关键词:数字资源评估指标体系研究更多还原

【Abstract】 As the popularization and utilization of digital resources becomes an important part in building a digital library, how to make good use of the limited funds to purchase applicable, most needed digital resources and how to effectively evaluate the performance of these resources become the focus in digital library construction research. The evaluation of digital resources in libraries started from the late 1990s, with a view to get a better understanding of the ever increasing investment and its corresponding benefits. Because of the inadequacy of data and scientific methods, libraries cannot get to know real the utilizing situation and the users’ opinions on this service and feel confused in making purchasing and serving policy. That is why an evaluation index system which can fully reflect the characteristics of digital resources on technicality, applicability and functionality should be built up to provide guidance on a systemic evaluation in libraries. Though a brand-new topic, it is a systemic project with practical meaning.This paper introduces the actuality of the development on digital resource evaluation nowadays, and tries to build up an evaluation index system by analyzing the existing one and exploring the issues which should be given much consideration in the process of the evaluation system construction.Part I provides an introduction to digital resource and its category and put forward the concept of digital resource evaluation;Part II introduces the research development on this issue both in China and abroad;Part III discusses related methodology from the aspects of Bibliometrics, netresource evaluation and international standard;Part IV introduces the existing evaluation index systems and makes a summarization of all the advantages and disadvantages of these systems;Part V analyzes the problems in the construction process of the system and puts forward the methods to improve it. Finally it leads to a new evaluation system which includes content evaluation, system function, using status,efficiency and related services and gives explain to the application matters of this new system.更多还原
