【摘要】 污水处理厂在生产过程中产生的大量污泥若不进行妥善的处理和处置，将对环境造成极大的危害。过去人们对污泥处理采用得较为普遍的工艺是重力浓缩、自然干化或机械脱水，污泥的最终处置也仅局限于卫生填埋。随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对环境提出了更高的要求，原有的污泥处理与处置方法已不能满足环境保护和社会经济可持续发展的需要，因此选择适合于我国国情的污泥处理与处置方案十分必要。本文归纳了城市污水污泥的性质及影响因素；对国内外常见的污泥计算公式的实用性进行了分析；并根据污水处理厂的规模大小、进出水水质、处理工艺的要求以及污泥的性质，阐述了当前国内主要的污泥处理方法和机械浓缩、脱水设备的型式，并分析了各种处理方法的优缺点；同时结合我国的实际情况，对污泥的最终处置方法进行了有益的探索和展望。最后结合成都第二污水处理厂的工程实例对污泥的机械浓缩脱水工艺进行了详细的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are lots of sewage sludge in sewage disposal course ,if we do not disposal and treatment those sewage sludge ,it will pollute our environment .Before we use all-pervading method such as gravitaty inspissation、nature dry 、machine dehydration.Along with develop of economic and raise people’s standard of living ,so you say those method not able to content our needs .so it must be have a new method deal with sewage sludge In Sewage disposal factory.In this paper,summarizing sewage sludge’s character and effecting factor; analyzing practicability of sluge’s accounting formula in coutry inside and outside; also expatiating on sludge’s disposal method and machine dehydration、style of de-watering machine basis on WTP’s scale、water qualitya、require of disposal technics and sludge’s character. At the same time their merit and shortcomings are also discussed. At last,dewelling on machine dehydration combine with Chengdu No.2 Wastewater Treatment Plant.更多还原
