电力系统谐波测试分析机理与治理技术研究

【摘要】 随着工业生产和电力电子技术的飞速发展,在钢铁、冶金、石油、化工等工业领域,电气设备、电力电子变换装置日益普及。变频装置、整流装置等非线性负荷的接入,给电网中注入了大量的电力谐波。电力谐波干扰导致电气设备异常和事故有逐年增长的趋势,电力系统谐波已成为威胁电力系统和其它用电负荷安全运行的“电力公害”。 本文结合国内大型钢铁行业的电力系统及各类用电设备的实际情况,概述了电力系统谐波产生的原因,谐波源,分析了电力系统谐波对电力系统和生产用电设备可能带来的危害,说明了对电力系统谐波进行检测与综合治理的必要性和意义。 针对钢铁行业电网电力谐波的产生背景及状况,通过对国内外电力谐波抑制的主要技术和现行各种电力谐波治理技术的对比分析,通过对该行业电力系统谐波综合治理装置从装置构成、控制策略、控制原理和技术实现等方面的深入研究,探索适用于钢铁行业电力系统谐波测试分析机理及其治理技术,提出了一种基于波形的统一补偿原理,即将电网中无功电流、谐波电流和负序电流看成一种“畸变波形”分量,采用无源补偿与有源补偿相结合的电力谐波综合治理技术对电力系统谐波集中进行补偿。为钢铁行业今后的电网改造、设备选型、及电力系统设计及管理提供了科学的依据。 实验和研究表明,该抑制和补偿措施对于改善电网品质是一种有效和性能优良的方法。该方法有效地减少了干扰性负荷的影响,提高了钢铁行业电力系统的供电质量,减少了系统运行故障,减少了谐波对电力系统和用电设备的影响,保障了电网和用户的安全,确保了生产正常进行,降低了企业的经济损失。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the industrial manufacture and electronic technology, the electronic equipment and trading devices become more prevalent in the various fields. The interference of some non-linearity loads as frequency conversion, commutate equipment, transfuses a large quantity of harmonic wave into the power system. The growing tendency of the abnormity and accident which caused by the harmonic wave has already become the social harmfulness in the power system.Combining the situation of the power system and various electro-equipments in the steel industry of our country, this dissertation summarizes the cause and the source of the harmonic wave in the power system, analyzes the possible harmfulness to the electric devices and expounds the necessity and significance of inspection and comprehensive control in the system.This thesis explores an applied testing analytic mechanism and its controlling technology of harmonic wave in steel industrial power system by an introduction of the producing background and status of harmonic wave in electric system of the steel industry, a contrast analysis between the main restraining technology of the harmonic wave and current controlling technologies in the power system, and a further study of harmonic wave controlling devices which includes setting composing, controlling strategy, controlling principle, technology actualization. And it proposes a united compensation principle based on wave form, i.e. regards the reactive current, harmonic wave and negative current in the system as an aberrance wave form, adopt a synthesis control technology linking APF compensation with PF compensation. Therefore it offers a scientific foundation for the future systematic reconstruction, equipment selection and plan and administration of the power system.Studies tell that this compensation measure is an effective way to improve the quality of the power system. It reduces the influence of interfering load, increases the quality of power system in steel industry, decreases the circulating malfunction of the system, lessens the affect of the harmonic wave to electro-equipments, ensures the normal processing and depresses the economic expense of enterprises.
