塑木复合材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 木粉/热塑性树脂复合材料具有比强度高、价格低廉等特点,但木粉与热塑性树脂的相容性差,加工困难。本文针对木粉/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,以马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MA)为粘合剂,应用万能材料实验机、落镖实验机、毛细管流变仪、红外光谱仪及扫描电镜对样品进行分析测试,研究了粘合剂的加入对复合材料的力学性能、流变性能的影响。结果表明: 粘合剂的加入明显改善了材料的力学性能,其较佳用量为10%。红外光谱和扫描电镜照片都证明了粘合剂改善了材料的相容性。 木粉与高密度聚乙烯的相容性不好,是裂纹引发时间缩短的主要原因。木粉对裂纹引发时间的影响最为显著。对于塑木复合材料,裂纹引发时间决定了断裂时间,决定了材料的韧性。 所有样品的表观粘度均随剪切速率的增加而下降,n值均小于1,表现出明显的切力变稀的假塑性行为,属切敏型材料。 本文还对L型机头的温度场分布进行了研究,建立了L型机头中温度分布的数学模型。

【Abstract】 The composite material of wood flour/thermoplastic has characteristics of high strength, cheap. But the compatibility of wood flour and thermoplastic was bad. This research dealt with wood flour/high density polyethylene composite, using the different effects of the kind and content of adhesive, size and content of wood flour were studied. HDPE-g-MA was used as adhesive. The effects of adhesive on mechanical and rheological properties of composite have been investigated using Instron Testing device, Falling Weight Impact tester, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Infrared and Scanning Microscope. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows:The mechanical property of composite material which contained adhesive was higher than the untreated sample. The better content of adhesive was 10%. From the Infrared and Scanning Microscope, the improvement of compatibility was discovered.Because of the bad compatibility of wood flour and polyethylene, the crack initiation time shortened. The crack initiation time determined the composite’s toughness.The apparent viscosities of all sample decreased with the increase of shear rate. n<1,show obviously pseudoplastic behavior. It was shear-sensitivity material.The text made a research about the temperature distribution of the L-Die, and provided a mathematic method about its analysis.Wood flour; High Density Polyethylene;Adhesive; Composite Material; Compatibility
