接枝POE弹性体的制备及其在聚酰胺改性中的应用研究

【摘要】 反应性增容技术是改善高分子共混物的相容性、增强相界面粘接力的有效途径之一。本课题通过对POE接枝GMA制备反应性聚合物POE-g-GMA及其在PA6中应用的试验,较为系统地研究了POE在PA6改性中的应用,为聚酰胺改性增容技术开发一种新的途径。 本试验对反应性聚合物POE-g-GMA的制备方法进行了深入研究,探讨了引发剂、活化单体浓度、反应停留时间等影响因素对接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE-g-GMA的接枝率的影响,用流变仪分析测试了不同配比的接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE-g-GMA的流变行为,确定了制备POE-g-GMA的最佳配比和工艺条件。 通过双螺杆挤出机,考察了不同配比POE-g-GMA对PA6综合性能的影响,证明了接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE可以显著提高PA6冲击强度,使POE/PA6体系的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度从81.2J/m提高到768J/m,是PA6冲击强度的17.6倍。通过大量试验,得出了聚烯烃弹性体POE接技改性PA6的最佳工艺条件。 用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了POE-g-GMA加入到PA6/POE-g-GMA体系中后微观结构的变化,接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE-g-GMA可以有效地改善两相界面之间相互作用力,使分散相以较小的粒径分散于连续相之中。 用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE对PA6结晶度的影响。结果表明:POE-g-GMA对PA6具有提高结晶度和结晶速度的作用。 用动态力学分析仪(DMA)测定了PA6/POE-g-GMA体系的玻璃化转变温度,结果表明:接枝改性聚烯烃弹性体POE-g-GMA的加入,使PA6的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)向低温方向移动。

【Abstract】 The reactive technology is one of the most effective methods to improve compatibility of polymer and to enforce reaction between different domains. In this paper, a new grafting blending system, grafting modified polyolefin elastomer (POE), was applied to Nylon modified. It developed a new method for Nylon-6 chemically modified.The method for preparing reactive compatibilizers, POE-g-GMA, was studied. The effect of initiating agent, active monomer content and reacting time, et cetera, on the grafting ratio of geafting modification polyolefin elastomer (POE-g-MAH) was investigated. The rheological behaviour of POE-g-GMA on different prescription was explored with rheogeniometer. Conditions foe preparing the reactive compatibilizers with good results were disclosed.Through twin extruder, the efficiency of POE-g-GMA on different prescription to mechanical property of Nylon-6 was evaluated. The results demonstrate that geafting modification polyolefin elastomer (POE-g-MAH) can increase the impact intensity of PA6 markedly. The Izod was improved from 81.2J/m to 768J/m; enhanced 1.76 compared with nylon 6.The changes of microstructures in nylon-6 after mixing with reactive compatibilizers were overserved with scanning electronic microscope. The consequence is that with incorporating of reactive compatibilizers the reaction between different domains was enforced effectively.The influence of reactive compatibilizers on the crystallinity and nucleating of PA6 was examined with the use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that POE-g-GMA have the effect in the increasing the crystallinity and the nucleating rate ofPA6.The glass transition temperature of PA6/POE-g-GMA was measured with DMA. It was indicated that with the addition of reactive compatibilizers the Tg of PA6 would decrease its value.
