光催化氧化—还原法制备Ag/TiO2光催化剂的研究

【摘要】 半导体光催化氧化是一种新型的光化学反应方法,由于它对多种有机物具有无选择性氧化降解,对贵金属离子具有还原沉积作用,因而在化学反应、催化剂制备、水处理技术等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文在研究光催化氧化脱色有机染料和光催化还原制备载银光催化剂的基础上,以制备高活性光催化剂为研究目的,重点开展了光催化氧化—还原法制备高活性Ag/TiO2光催化剂过程的研究,探讨了制备方法、条件优化、催化剂活性及其微观性能等。主要研究内容如下: (1) 采用微粉型TiO2光催化剂,对具有氧杂蒽类结构的阳离子碱性染料罗丹明B和具有偶氮结构的直接耐酸大红进行了氧化脱色优化条件的研究,并初步研究了催化氧化反应动力学; (2) 分别采用光催化还原法、光催化氧化—还原法制备出Ag/TiO2光催化剂,对制备过程进行了研究; (3) 在光催化氧化—还原体系中,对以上两种染料分别采用正交设计法和均匀设计法进行研究,探讨了制备Ag/TiO2光催化剂的优化条件; (4) 采用XRD、TEM、DRS、XPS等表征手段对制备的Ag/TiO2光催化剂进行表征,同时考察其对甲基橙溶液氧化脱色性能,以评价光催化剂的活性。 由研究结果可知,光催化氧化—还原反应能有效地实现反应—反应过程集成,即在发生光催化氧化反应氧化脱色有机物的同时,发生光催化还原反应制备出Ag/TiO2光催化剂。这种集成过程一方面极大地提高了有机物氧化脱色反应的速率和效率,另一方面有效地制备出了高活性Ag/TiO2光催化剂,其催化氧化性能显著优于TiO2微粉光催化剂具有降解活性高、降解效果显著的优点,从实验上验证了光催化氧化—还原法制备高活性改性光催化剂的可行性和应用效果。
【Abstract】 The photocatalytic oxidation technology is a new and potential method for the degradation of the organic. One of the importantest focuses was to prepare the high activity photocatalys. The tradtion method for the modification of TiO2 with Ag and other metals was photoreduction, which is only concerned the metal reduction. The process of the Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst preparation in the metal ion-organic compound co-existed system, which is called photo-oxydoreduction method, was studied rarely. Consequently the Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by photo-oxydoreduction in Ag+-dye co-excited system in this paper.(1) The optimized reaction conditions of Dye Rhodamine B and 4BS were respectively studied by use of TiO2 micro-particles photocatalyst.(2) The Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by the photoreduction and photo-oxyreduction method, respectively.(3) In the study on the Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst prepared in dye-Ag+ co-existed system, the orthogonal design method and uniform design method were applied respectively.(4) The new Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared with photo-oxydoreduction method, was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, and was used to study photodegradation of methyl orange in a aqueous suspension.The results showed : in the Ag ( I )/dye mixed system, not only the photocatalyst the rate of photocatalytic reaction was increased greatly under the optimal condition, but also the presence of Ag( I) also increased the photoxidation of dye. The experimental result proved the feasibility of the high activity Ag/TiO2 catalyst prepared by photo-oxydoreduction in Ag+-dye co-excited system.
