离散变量优化方法的研究及其在管棒类型材下料中的应用

【摘要】 优化设计技术是提高产品设计性能与质量的一项很有效的方法。这种方法目前在工程设计中已经得到了日益广泛的应用,但其优化方法在部分特殊的工程设计问题中的应用还有待研究。在工程设计中经常遇到的是某些或全部设计变量只能取限定离散值和整数值的情况,而且任何一项工程优化设计的结果均必须符合行业的设计规范与标准。 为了顺应工程设计的要求和现代设计理论的发展,本论文从现代设计理论和现代人工智能的高度,对离散变量优化方法进行了较为系统的研究;应用遗传算法建立了智能型的管棒类型材优化下料系统,开发出管棒类型材优化下料软件,这些都在建筑行业的钢筋优化下料设计上得到了应用。这些工作有利于离散变量优化设计理论的发展和离散变量优化设计方法的应用。

【Abstract】 Optimization design technique increase the product designs the capability and quality of the item is very valid method. Now, this kind of method have already got in the engineering increasingly extensive application, but the application of its optimization algorithm at part of special engineering still need to study. It is usually that some or all of the variable in the engineering must be discrete or integral.To meet the demand of engineering and development of optimization for discrete programming, The dissertation takes a systemic research of optimization for discrete programming in the grade of modern design theory and modern artificial intelligence, open out a suit of software of optimization for the cutting of material based genetic algorithm. These theories are proved by an example of the cutting of reinforcing steel bar. This work is good for the development and the application of optimization for discrete programming.
