【摘要】 本论文的研究内容是国家自然科学基会资助项目“基于质量信息技术的‘全质量’管理系统研究”中的一部分内容。 本文首先介绍了产品数据交换技术的发展，以及STEP标准的产生，其后详细讨论了STEP标准的内容、实现方法、结构以及在现阶段的应用等，并细致地研究了其中最为重要的产品数据建模语言EXPRESS，对其数据类型、说明、表达式等做了详细的研究。在此基础上，提出了基于STEP标准的CAD／CAPP／CAM质量信息集成系统模型，并对其中的主要部分做了分析和解释。 面对新时代更激烈的竞争压力和企业生产经营模式的转化，我国企业的质量信息处理工作的变革已经刻不容缓。在这种情况下，本研究基于目前世界上应用最广泛的产品模型数据交换标准STEP，提出了质量信息集成系统模型。这对于我国企业的质量信息处理水平，乃至提高整个企业的质量管理水平都有较高的科学价值和实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This task is a part of "Research on Total Quality Management System Based on Integrated Quality Information Technologies", supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.First, we introduced the development of exchange technology of product data and the appearance, content, realization, realization of STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data). Meanwhile, the modeling language EXPRESS of product data of STEP is systematic introduced in this text. We researched data type, manifesto , expression of EXPRESS in detail.On the basis of the systematic introduction, we proposed CAD/CAPP/CAM quality information integrated system on the basis of the STEP.At new eras and enterprise produce the transformation of the management mode keen competition pressure, the change of the quality information processing work of the enterprise of our country has been already very urgent. Under this condition, on the basis of STEP standard, which has been apply widely, we proposed CAD/CAPP/CAM quality information integrated system. It has relatively high scientific value and value of practice to the quality information processing work level of the enterprise of our country and quality management level of the whole enterprise.更多还原
