絮凝剂在棉及其混纺织物印染废水处理中的应用

【摘要】 印染企业在生产过程中产生的印染废水,是纺织印染工业主要污染源。废水若不经治理直接排放,将对地面水体产生严重影响,引起水体中生态系统的破坏和水体腐败。由于这类废水成分相当复杂,往往含多种有机染料并且毒性强,色度深,PH值波动大,难降解,组分变化大,水量大,浓度高,而且目前印染行业中,PVA浆料和新型助剂的使用,使难生化降解的有机物在废水中含量大量增加,BOD5/CODcr值很低,可生化性差。所以印染废水是工业废水处理的难点,而开发有效的印染工业废水处理技术是环保行业关注的重要课题。 本课题主要目的是通过絮凝剂应用于棉及其混纺产品废水中,探讨其在纺织印染废水处理中对色度、COD的去除效果;研究絮凝剂在实际应用中絮凝主要影响因素如:最佳投加量、反应时间、温度、PH值等;研究絮凝剂种类、水质变化等因素对絮凝效果的影响及程度。其意义是通过絮凝实验,得出定性定量关系,再结合结论对聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PFAC)、无机—有机型絮凝剂性能优缺点进行评价,为纺织印染废水絮凝处理中絮凝剂的实际应用提供一定的理论基础和实践经验。 本论文要解决的关键问题是:一、找出对废水色度影响最大的染料的种类和性质及对絮凝效果的影响;二、研究聚合氯化铝铁对COD、色度的去除效果,在应用中最佳投加量、温度、PH值等对絮凝效果的影响及其相对程度;三、与常用的絮凝剂相比,其处理效率、使用范围等的异同处。以上三方面的内容为技术难点,其成功的解决可为纺织印染废水处理提供一种廉价、处理效果好、适用范围广的处理方法,为复合型絮凝剂大规模工业生产使用提供了可能性。 本次课程设计本着严肃认真、深入实践、独立思考的精神,按照先通过对比实验,找出聚合氯化铝铁与其它絮凝剂相比较的优势,再通过絮凝正交实验,找出其在实际运用中的最佳反应时间、PH值、最佳投加量等定量数据的思路来完成。通过实验,对聚合氯化铝铁运用于印染废水进行经济、技术评价,并对其不足提出改进建议,为聚合氯化铝铁应用于印染废水处理提供了一定的理论及实践依据。

【Abstract】 The printing and dyeing wastewater, which produced in the production of printing and dyeing factories is the main pollution source of textile industry. If the wastewater weren’ t treated before being discharged, this would affect the ground water seriously. Thus may destroy the ecology balance of water and make water septic. The composition of this style wastewater is considerable complex. It contains many kinds of organic dyestuff. It has complex characteristic, such as strong toxicity, deep tone, the wide fluctuations, difficult biodegradable, the wide variation of composition, a large quantity of water and density. At present, because of the using of PAV and new aid drug in printing and dyeing industry, the quantity of the different biodegradable organic materials has increased. We also find the B0D5 / COD is very low, the intermittent operation lead to the fluctuation of the water quantity and quality. So printing and dyeing wastewater is the difficulty of industry wastewater treatment. Understanding and developing effective technology of printing and dyeing industry wastewater treatment is the important task of environmental protection industry.In this dissertation, the main purpose of my task is discussing the reduction effect of COD and the reduction effect of tone in textile and printing and dyeing wastewater treatment through coagulants being applied in the wastewater of cotton-printing and dyeing products. We also study the best quantity of coagulants reacting time, temperature and PH and so on in practice application. The style of dyestuff, the variation of water quantity and other factors affecting extent of the flocculation result should be studied. The meaning is gaining the relationship of evaluate the merit and defect of PAC, PAFC, Inorganic-organic coagulant through combing result. This can provide definite theory base and practiceexperience in the real application of PAFC in textile and printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.The key problem of thesis design is to find the kind and character of dyestuff, which has the biggest influence to waste water tone. The second is to study the effect of the reduction of COD, and the effect of the reduction of tone. The third is to compare it with common flocculant to find the difference of its treatment efficient, using range. The contain of the three above is the difficult technique. If this problem is solved successfully, this will provide textile and printing and dyeing wastewater treatment a treatment method, which is cheap, better treatment effect and may be applied in vast areas. It also can provide the possibility of complex flocculant’s large scale applied in industry production.This design has the serious spirits and penetrates the practice. Our task is to find the advantages of PAFC comparing with other flocculant through comparative experiment. Then we can find the best reacting time, PH and best dosage in real application. We can do economical, technical evaluation to PAFC, which is applied in printing and dyeing wastewater. Fathomer, we must pose the modified opinion to defect and provide the theatrical and practical reference to PAFC applied in printing and dyeing wastewater.
