预应力混凝土结构的施工检测评定

【摘要】 混凝土结构的施工检测评定是结构工程质量检测评定的一个重要部分。然而我国目前还没有一套完整的标准,尤其是施工阶段的检测评定,国家尚无标准,主要是参照相关和相近标准进行。 鉴于这些情况,首先,本文结合新规范对混凝土结构构件性能的评测作了论述。 其次,本文结合一项具体工程,对预应力作用检测的一个重要方面摩阻损失进行了深入分析,通过对预应力混凝土摩擦损失的两个关键因素——摩擦系数κ和μ的深入分析,对其取值范围提出建议。 另外,本文采用Ansys有限元应用软件建立模型对影响预应力效应的各因素进行了分析。结果表明,施工检测时的支撑脚手架,对检测结果的影响相当大必须予以考虑。 最后,本文采用Ansys有限元应用程序,对设计模型简化的影响进行了计算分析,影响包括非预应力钢筋的影响,材料的强度,结果表明设计模型的各项简化的影响虽然较小,但由于是作为对施工阶段检测的评定标准,并要考虑到各项影响的同向累加效应,所以仍需重视。本文还提出了使用校验系数的评定方法。为实际工程提供了合理有效地理论指导。
【Abstract】 Construction examination of prestressed concrete is an important part of whole engineering quality examined and evaluated. However, at present, there are no integrate criterions for it in our country, particularly when it comes to the examination and evaluation in site, we have no special criterions, and concerned criterions are used as substitute.Under such circumstance, firstly, my thesis discuss on the examination and evaluation of concrete construction’s components according to the latest code.Secondly, the important part of examination of prestressed action - friction loss - is analyzed by means of studying on two key factor in it, which is k and u. , a suggestion on their range is providedAdditionally .influence factors from model simplification are analyzed by Ansys Software in the paper, which include material strength, nonlinear material, structure spatiality and ducts weaken to cross-section. Analysis results indicate that each factor is weak but more attention is need yet. The reason is that the analysis results used as evaluating criterion which should be accuracy and all affects may be accumulated. In the end, the method, principle and criterion of evaluation together with verify coefficient, which regarded as core of evaluation, are put forward and establish a foundation to realize standardization.
