对超高分子量聚乙烯改性及实施双螺杆连续挤出板材成型技术的优化研究

【摘要】 UHMW-PE是一种性能卓越的新型工程塑料,用途十分广泛。但由于UHMW-PE存在某些性能的不足:诸如加工流动性差,表面硬度低以及热变形温度低等,因而影响了该材料的实际应用。本文采用了PE、PP、PA等不同流动改性剂对UHMWPE进行流动改性,并探讨了不同组分流动改性剂对共混体系的力学性能、磨损性能的影响。另外,采用了不同组分、不同粒径的玻璃微珠对UHMW-PE进行填充改性,探讨了玻璃微珠对共混体系的力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和流动性能的影响。另外,引入UHMWPE粘-滑转变理论,优化改进了UHMW-PE强制润滑挤出成型装置,对经填充共混改性的UHMWPE体系实施了双螺杆连续挤出板材的实验研究,并探讨了螺杆组合对挤出成型的影响,最终获得了表面平整光滑且性能优异板材制品的最佳工艺及设备条件。
【Abstract】 The ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is new type of engineering plastics of outstanding properties. But the applications of UHMWPE are influenced by its shortages, such as the poor processing properties, the lower surface hardness and the lower thermal deformation temperature. In this paper, the flowing modification of UHMWPE is researched by adding LDPE, HDPE, PP and PA. The mechanical properties and wear performance of blend are studied with different percent flowing modification agent. And the mechanical properties, wear performance of glass bead filled UHMWPE were investigated. The mechanical properties, wearing quality and fluidity of the composites are investigated. Besides, with the adhesive-slid transition mechanism, the structure of die and the screw configuration to extrude sheet of the blend of UHMWPE are investigated. The result shows that extrusion of blend by co-rotating twin-screw extruder is effective and sheets of flatness surface and excellent finish could be produced easily.
