【摘要】 论文介绍了地理信息技术中有关基本概念、原理和方法，探讨了一些实现技术和方法。着重研究了基于C／S和B／S模式的GIS系统架构。采用矢量背景地形图与通信设备线路空间数据分开组织、统一管理的方法。这也是现在GIS系统所采用的较为有效的数据管理方法。阐述了设计一个完整的基于GIS的资源管理系统所需的各种知识，如基本的GIS涵义，Oracle数据库的结构，以及所用到的MapInfo公司的两种产品MapX和MapXTreme与第三方语言VB的使用集成。并从通信网络资源管理面临的问题出发，阐述了设计一个这样的系统的必要性。另外研究了客户端和浏览器端的不同的操作系统与在服务器端WindowsNT网络环境下的Oracle数据库服务器交互的双模式管理系统。这样可以满足不同用户的需求，并且适应各种用途。最终介绍了一个完整的通信基本资源管理系统，该系统实现了电子地图的显示、与空间数据库进行复杂的数据交换功能、实时的Web显示、远程计算机控制、良好的人机界面等，集查询、编辑、显示等多种功能为一体。 论文分三部分，第1章为第一部分，介绍了地理信息的一般构成和研究对象。第2、3、4章为第二部分，着重介绍如何集成地理信息技术和集成地理相关信息，第5章为第三部分，集中介绍了论文的背景项目——基本资源管理系统的详细设计和实现方法。在最后，本文作了一个简要的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the basic concept and principle of the technology in Geographic Information System (GIS), discusses some kinds of technology and methods to carry out. The paper investigates more the structure of GIS based on the modes of C/S and B/S, adopts the methods of separated organizing and uniform managing to the vector background relief map and spatial data of communication equipment connection. It is the more effective measure keeping data. The paper presents various knowledge of how to desigh a integrating source managing system based on GIS, such as basic meaning of GIS, the structure of ORACLE database, and the two products MAPX and MapXTreme of MAPINFO corp., and how they integrate with the third language VB. On the other hand, the paper research the double modes managing system of the alternation of the different operating systems on client programs and browser programs and ORACLE database on the WindowsNT net environment in the server. It can satisfy different user’ s requirement, and can suit to different purposes. In the end, the paper count on a whole communication basic source managing system based on GIS, which carries out electronic map’ s showing, complex data exchanging with database, Real-time web showing, telematic and good man-machine conversation interface, integrating query edit and display into one system.更多还原
