【摘要】 中国共产党执政规律的问题，是关系中国共产党的前途和命运的重大现实问题，这已成人们的共识。“三个代表”思想是马克思主义在中国新的发展和新的飞跃，特别是其对中国共产党执政规律的揭示，更具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。但对于什么是中国共产党的执政规律，怎样使执政实践合乎规律的展开和运行，就目前的情况来看，人们的认识还不够深入、明确。对于其中许多具体的问题，人们的认识也不尽一致。因此，对于中国共产党执政规律这一关系党的前途和命运的重大问题，非常有必要进行深入研究；对其中的一些具体问题，非常有必要做出明确的回答。这就是写作本文的根本目的所在。 本文按照“理论分析——历史考察——现实矛盾——现实对策”的逻辑线索，展开了“三个代表”思想对中国共产党执政规律揭示问题的研究。本文共分为四部分，其主要内容如下： 第一部分，“三个代表”思想的理论分析。主要是分析了“三个代表”思想产生的时代背景，发展过程，理论渊源，理论内涵。对“三个代表”思想进行了深入的分析，“三个代表”思想是共产党执政规律的理论基础，也是研究执政规律的指导思想，本文主要着眼于“三个代表”思想理论对马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的创新与发展，从生产力、文化、人民利益的角度进行论述。 第二部分，中国共产党执政规律基础理论研究。主要包括政党、规律的理论分析，并给出了中国共产党执政规律的定义。 第三部分，中国共产党面临的挑战。分别从国际、国内、党自身的情况变化向党执政提出的挑战这三方面，分析了党执政所面临的机遇与困难。哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文 第四部分，对于什么是共产党的执政规律给与解答。共产党执政规律应该包含以下内容:共产党执政的历史规律;执政的共产党自身建设的规律;执政的共产党政治建设规律。进而如何在实践中合乎规律的执政给出了理论的指导。关键词中国共产党执政规律“三个代表”思想更多还原

【Abstract】 The issue of the ruling law of the CPC is a crucial and practical one relating to the future and destiny of the party, which is acknowledged by all. As a continuation and development of Marxism-Leninism, the thought of Three Represents revealed the ruling law of the CPC ,which is important. But as far as the present condition is concerned, people’s cognition is not yet penetrating and explicit enough to such issues as what is the ruling law of the CPC, and how does the CPC ruling by the ruling law. Moreover, people don’t reach an agreement on many concert problems. Therefore it is urgently necessary to make a specific answer to some concrete problems. Hence the thesis is born.According to the logical clue of theoretical analysis, historical investigation, practically contradictory analysis, and the practical measures, this thesis deals with the issue of the ruling law of the Party in four partiesPart one provides the theoretical analysis to the thought of Three Represents. This part displays a thorough analysis to the background, development, resource, and essential connotation of the Three Represents. The thought of Three Represents is the theoretical basis of ruling law of the Party, and guided thought to study the ruling law. The part on the basis creation of of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, explores the connotation from the productive forces, the culture, and interests of the people.Part two deals with the theory of ruling Party. It mainly includes the theory of party and give the defmation of the ruling law of the Party.Part three describes the practical challenges in ruling. The author analyseopportunity and difficulty of the ruling law of the Party form domestic , international, and party condition.Part four gives answers for what is the ruling law of the Party. It suould include historical ruling law of the Party, building law of the of the Party, and the political building law of the Party . The practice of ruling runs in real world should by the law.更多还原
