水消声器降噪效果及流场动态特性研究

【摘要】 水管路系统流体压力脉动及其引起的流噪声会降低管路系统自身工作的可靠性和舰船的隐蔽性。在水管路系统中,安装水消声器是降低管路系统辐射噪声有效方法之一。本文采用SYSNOISE和CFX商业软件,用数值模拟的方法对多种结构形式的水消声器声学性能(传递损失)和流体动力性能(阻力损失)分别的进行了研究。有限元预测的传递损失分别与一维解析解和边界元法的计算结果进行了对比,结果显示,用有限元法分析水消声器声学性能是正确的。用CFX计算了两种结构水消声器的阻力损失,并与实验结果进行了对比分析,其误差控制在5%以下。随后对不同结构水消声器的阻力损失特性进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The fluid pressure pulse and flow-noise in water piping system decreased the operation safety of piping system and hiding ability of submarines. One of the effective solutions to suppress the noise radiation is to install a silencer in the water piping system. The present study employed the numerical simulation softwares SYSNOISE and CFX to investigate the noise attenuation (transmission loss) and the flow dynamic (pressure drop) characteristics of water silencers, separately. The FEM predictions of transmission loss are compared with the one-dimensional analytical solutions and boundary element results to verify the accurate of FEM for acoustic analysis of water silencers. The effect of geometry on the acoustic attenuation of water silencers is investigated in detail. The predictions of resistance loss using CFX for two configurations of silencers are compared with experimental results, and the relative error is within 5%. Then the resistance loss characteristics is analyzed for the different configurations of water silencers.
