石油储运集油管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 我们正处于一个信息时代,全世界各行业都前所未有的重视信息,把信息当作一种重要的资源。在信息时代,信息作为一种重要的资源,改变了人们对组织中信息技术(Information Technology,IT)和管理信息系统(Management Information Systems,MIS)的认识方式。 MIS是集计算机技术、网络通信技术为一体的信息系统工程。采用先进、适用、有效的企业管理体制,运用于企业管理的各个环节和层次,可以改善企业的经营环境、降低经营生产成本,提高企业的竞争力;在企业内部改善商流、物流、资金流、信息流的通畅程度,使得企业的运行数据更加准确、及时、全面、翔实,同时对各种信息进一步加工,使企业领导层的生产、经营决策依据充分,更具科学性,更好地把握商机,创造更多的发展机会;有利于企业科学化、合理化、制度化、规范化的管理,使企业的管理水平跨上新台阶,为企业持续、健康、稳定的发展打下基础。 灰色系统内容主要包括以灰色朦胧集为基础的理论体系,以灰色关联空间为依托的分析体系,以灰过程及其生成空间为基础与内涵的方法体系,以灰色模型(GM)为核心的模型体系,以系统分析、评估、建模、预测、决策、控制、优化为主体的技术体系,并展开了灰数学的研究。 阶段理论——一套有关理解IT在企业中应用的概念,最早是在70年代初被提出来的。人们观察到大部分企业在计算机上的费用支出随时间变化呈S型曲线,这与学习曲线和经验曲线相似,这是阶段理论的基础。在理论提出当计算机被应用于企业过程时,S型曲线反映了组织的学习情况。本文的研究偏重实际的应用而不是一味的追求公式的复杂,具体地说,本论文做了如下工作: 首先,介绍集油管理信息系统的系统分析。分析了企业管理的现状和信哈尔滨}程人学硕十学位论文启、需求,目前该企业集油数据的计算、上传都采用落后的手工方式,既浪费时间又效率低下,同时计算中的误差也很大,再者上传都要打电话或者人工送报表这就无形之中增加了许多费用支出,效率很低。所以企业迫切需要开发一套管理信息系统,来满足企业的需求。然后画出了集油管理信息系统的数据流程图和数据字典。 然后,介绍了系统的数据库的设计、网络体系以及系统物理设计,然后又画出了系统的功能模块图和系统的信自、流程图,最后给出了典型的两个模块的界面以及使用说明。 其次,将灰色系统的预测理论应用于管理信息、系统的预测中,介绍了灰色系统的有关理论以及几种预测模型,同时详细的介绍了么丫自,了/模型,并采用新陈代谢改价了,I)模型对石油的销售量进行了预测。 最后,介绍了有关管理信息系统经济评价方法,并对储运集油管理信息系统进行经济评价 生于时间和条件的关系,本文的一些理论的研究还处于初期阶段,文中涉及到灰色系统理论和信息系统的经济效益评价方法都还有待本人在以后的工作和学习中进步加强理论学习和研究。

【Abstract】 In an era of information, every industry takes information seriously and regard it as an important resource .As an important resource, information changed people’ s way of understanding of management information systems.MIS is an Information system project integrated computer technology and net telecommunication. Use advanced properate and effective enteprise management system, MIS applied in every link and levels , can have such functions as : improve the management business enviorment , reduce manufacture and operation cost, increase enteprise competence , make the product , information and fund flow easier and make the running numbers more accurate then process the information .Leader can make decision based on more scientific informal ion thus create more chance to develop. It is benefit to manage scientificly and scientificly. The management level can rise to a new level to facilate the growing of enteprise.Grey systematic content include with the theoretical system on the foundation of grey dim col lection, analysis system taking grey related space as backing, method system based on grey course and intension space, model system taking grey model GM (1, 1) as the core, with network analysis, assessment, modeling, predicts, the decision , control , optimizing for the technology system of the subject, and has launched the research of gray mathematics.Stage theory --One concept about the understanding of the use ofIT appl ied in enterprise, most early to put forward in the 1970s. People observe that most expenses expened on the computer of enterprise change over time and present the Model S curve, this learn curve to be similar to experience curve, this is a foundation of the theory of stage. When the theory raise that the computer is applied enterprise’s course, Model S curve reflects the study situation of the organization. The research of this text lays particular stress on the real application instead of the pursuit of formula complicatedness, particularly , have done the following work :First of all, introduce the system analysis of storage and transportation of management information system of petroleum. Analyse current situation and information demand of business administration. At present oil calculat ion of data, upload adopt the backward way, kill time as well as efficiency is low, the error while calculating at the same time is very great too, phone or not artificial to give the report form increase a lot of expenditure, efficiency is very low. So enterprises need to develop a set of the management information system urgently, to meet enterprise’ s demands. Then draw the data flow chart and data dictionary.Then, have recommended the design of database, network system and system physics design, draw the systematic function module picture and information flow chart of the system, provided two typical interface and operation instructions of module finally.Secondly, apply the prediction theory of the grey system to the prediction of the management information system, introduce greyrelevant theory and several prediction model, at the same time detailed introduce GM (1, 1) model, adopt metabolism GM (1, 1 ) model to predict petroleum sales volume.Finally, introduce relevant the management information system methodology of economic evaluation, make the economic evaluation of stroage and transportation of management information system of petrolion.For the limitation of time and condition, the research of some theories of this text is still at initial stage, involve grey systematic theory and economic benefits evaluation method of information system remain further improve in later working and studying.
