【摘要】 企业作为一个重要市场要素和社会要素，在其运行中就必须要讲求伦理和实施伦理。本文在对我国企业存在的诸多不道德现象进行反思和借鉴国外企业伦理研究，吸收优秀传统文化的基础上，试图对市场经济条件下的我国的企业伦理文化建设问题作以初步阐述。 本文在引入、分析市场经济和企业伦理等基本问题后，对国外的企业伦理研究和实践进行了阐述。国外的企业伦理研究起步很早并且思考的很深刻，为我们研究我国的企业伦理问题提供了诸多可以借鉴的内容，如利益相关者、企业对社会责任的重视等，而且也为我们开阔了视野、拓宽了思路。 在社会主义市场经济条件下企业必须要承担经济责任和社会责任。从企业的运行实践来看，在管理中不能忽视人的价值，企业生产不能无视对生态环境的影响，参与市场竞争应当讲求诚信，以及企业成员要具备较高的道德素质等实际上都蕴涵着丰富的伦理内容。然而，在从对近些年我国企业的伦理考察来看，在一些企业内存在大量的伦理问题，企业资产的大量流失、对社会信用体系的摇撼、社会责任感的淡薄等都是企业不讲求道德性运行的突出表现。企业不道德行为的症结在于市场经济的负效应、道德建设的滞后和思想教育的乏力、企业伦理建设的不深入。 我国企业要真正落实社会主义道德文明建设的要求，保证国家物质文明建设的顺利进行，以积极姿态参与国际竞争，就必须要在企业伦理文化建设上下功夫。企业应当以“义利互生”的价值观念为价值判断的依据，以注重人的价值、重整体的集体主义精神、经世致用的责任精神、追求卓越的伦理精神为企业的基本伦理精神，积极形成各种具体的企业伦理准则，并尽早实施企业伦理战略。只有这样我国企业才能在全面建设小康社会的伟大的事业中实现自身价值、建功立业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise is one of the important subject of market economy and society. The article attempts to introduce some reflections and advise on the construction of enterprise ethic in China according to analyzing the problem of enterprise, referring the study on enterprise ethic abroad, and traditional culture.The article introduces and analyzes the elemental question of the market economy and the enterprise ethic. Then discussing the research and practice of the enterprise ethics abroad, from which we can find such experience because of their deeply and early study on the enterprise ethics. Thus it provides such contents for reference as the stakeholder and the social responsibility, etc. We think that the study abroad can broadens our horizon and vision.Under the conditions of market economy, enterprise should bear the economy responsibility and social responsibility. From the operating practice of the enterprise, the human value should not be ignored in the management process. The influence on environment should not be neglected in production. Honesty and trust should be honored in market competition. And the staff of the enterprise should be highly qualified. All above contains rich ethical content. However, according to the survey of the ethical situation of the enterprise in our country, a large amount of ethical problems exist in some enterprise, for example , a great deal of properties loss of enterprise, the shake of the credit system of the society, the indifference of the social responsibilities. We think the basic causes of the enterprise’s immoral behaviors lie in the negative effects of the market economy, the lag-behind of moral construction and education, and not being rough and best enterprise ethic.For resolving the question existed in the enterprise, we think enterprise in China should pay more attention to the ethical and cultured construction so as to carry out the requirements of the socialist moral civilization, guarantee the material civilization and participate in international competition positively. Enterprise should use the notion which is the intergrowth of justice and interest as the judgment of the enterprise’s valve, consider the human valve, collectivism, social responsibility, pursuit of outstanding ethics as the basic ethics, and form theconcrete ethical criterion. It was the time that enterprise should carry out the ethical strategy as quickly as possible. We hold that only in this way can our enterprise their own values and make achievements in the construction of well-being society.更多还原
