【副题名】以中小民营企业为例

【摘要】 企业流程再造理论,被称为管理理论的第三个里程碑。该理论针对竞争环境和顾客需要的变化,强调对业务流程进行根本的重新思考和彻底的重新设计,以期在速度、质量、成本、服务等关键指标上取得显著的改善。但在90年代中后期,再造在实践中频遭挫折,促使它与其他管理理论不断融合,不断演化出各种新观点。在系统的总结了先前的理论和实践的基础上,本文结合当今最前沿的企业管理理论和实践,对企业流程再造的系统性进行了再思考,并着重提出了系统性的再造方法。首先,由于企业流程再造注重整体性,追求最优化,具有开放性,所以具有系统性。其次,系统性再造应注重以下原则:系统主从规律、以目标为导向、以流程为中心。最后根据以上原则,提出系统性再造的方法:寻找再造的时机、确定再造的远景、改善心智模式、运用7S模型和X再造。并且本文将中小民营企业的特点与本文的观点相结合,在理论上提出中小民营企业流程再造的一般方法,并在企业中进行了实践。本文的研究结果具有一定的理论意义和实践意义,对中小民营企业的企业流程再造具有现实的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 BPR was known as the third milestone of management theory. It emphasizes drastically reengineering for process according to the change of competition environment and customer’s demand, in order to obtain remarkable improvement on key indexes, such as speed, quality, cost, service, etc.. But in middle and later periods of the 1990s, it ran into the setback again and again in practice. On the basis of past theory and practice, we rethink the systematic BPR theory in terms of new management theory; especially propose a set of systematic reengineering methods.Fast of all, BPR is systematical reengineering for its characteristics of integration, optimization and opening. And then BPR should pay attention to these principles as follows: system rule of principal and subordinate; object leading; being the process as the central. Finally, from the rules above, the author has provided the method of BPR. It includes: looking for the opportunity of BPR, defining the vision of BPR, improving the mental model, using 7S model and X reengineering.We also combine it with the characteristics of medium and small enterprise, and propose general method of BPR. At last, we put it into practice.The result of this paper contains both the meaning of theory and practice, and also has the realistic reference value to BPR of the medium and small enterprise.更多还原
