【摘要】 加入WTO，国外现代农业必然会对我国传统的农业带来严峻的挑战，迫切需要加快农业经济结构调整步伐和提高农业的科技含量，全面实行改革。这样使得我国高等农业教育与农业的改革、发展之间矛盾更为突出。同时，加入WTO，我国在教育方面的承诺，一方面为我国高等农业教育引入国外优质的教育资源提供便利，另一方面，国外机构对我国高等农业教育市场的抢占也会给我们带来巨大办学压力。为此，应及时分析加入WTO的利与弊，预测趋势，制定对策，努力实现我国高等农业教育的跨越式发展。 全文共分四个部分。第一部分，前言。主要介绍了本研究的背景、目的、意义、方法及其主要内容。第二部分，加入WTO对农业的影响。分析了农业的现状，加入WTO对农业的影响以及WTO框架下农业发展应采取的战略对策。第三部分，加入WTO对高等农业教育的影响。论述了高等农业教育的现状，解析了高等农业教育和农业之间的关系。分析了加入WTO对教育以及对高等教育的影响，并阐述了加入WTO对高等农业教育的特殊影响。第四部分，提出了高等农业教育应对WTO的对策。对策部分从四个方面来进行论述。一是政府和高等农业院校都要转变观念；二是要加强高等农业教育和经济的紧密结合，增强高等农业教育的针对性。即加强人才培养的针对性，科研方向的针对性以及加快科研成果的转化和产业化。三是注重教育质量，增强高等农业教育的竞争力。四是要扩展高等农业教育的国际维度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Join WTO, foreign modern agriculture will inevitably bring the severe challenge to our country’s traditional agriculture, need to accelerate agriculture’s economic structural adjustment paces and improve the scientific and technological content of agriculture urgently, Carry out reforms in an all-round way. Make conspicuous contradiction between higher education of agriculture and the development reformation of agriculture. Join WTO, our country commitment at education, in one way can introduce foreign high-quality education resources to our country’s higher education of agriculture , in another way , foreign organization can seize right of our country higher education of agriculture market and bring the enormous pressure too. So we should analyze the profit and fraud of accession to the WTO in time, predict the trend, make the countermeasure, make great efforts to realize the great-leap-forward development of our country’s higher agriculture education .The full text divides into four parts altogether. The first part, preface. Introduce the background, objective, significance, research method, the main content of the research .the second part , entering WTO bring impaction on agriculture. Have analyzed the current situation of agriculture, impaction on agriculture which entering WTO bring and Strategic countermeasure which should be adopted in agricultural development under WTO frame. The third part, influence to higher education of agriculture in accession to the WTO. Described the present current situation of higher agriculture education, analyzed the relation between agriculture and higher education of agriculture, through analyzing impaction on education and higher education under accession to the WTO, explained the special influence which accession to the WTO bring to higher agriculture education correctly. The fourth part, the countermeasure to WTO which our country higher agriculture of education should adopt. First, government and higher agriculture education should change idea; Second, strengthen close combination between higher agriculture’s education and economic, strengthen the pertinence of higher agriculture education : pertinence of personnel training, pertinence of the scientific research direction, the transformation and industrialization of the scientific findings. Third, pay attention to the quality of education, strengthen the competitiveness of higher agriculture education; Fourth, expand higher agriculture education to world link degree.更多还原
