双层法在管网流量压力计算中的应用

【摘要】 在化工装置动态仿真系统和电力装置仿真系统的开发研究与应用中,其管网模型与求解是整个系统的关键。流体网络系统结构复杂、变化多样。流体的压力和流量响应特性具有较强的非线性,若网络拓扑结构稍有不同,其网络特性便有可能有很大的差别,而且流体压力具有扰动双向传播、响应速度快的特点,导致流体网络系统数学模型中各个方程之间的耦合关系较强,给数学模型求解带来很大的困难。本文的研究运用邻接矩阵描述化工流程中管道网络拓扑结构,通过分析网络中串、并、分、汇四种基本拓扑特征来识别管网,采用双层法来求解管网流量压力。根据以上研究结果成功地研制出一套应用软件,有效地实现了多分支流体网络自动识别与求解,即模拟软件系统可直接由流程图识别拓扑结构并自动建模与求解管路的流量压力。利用该软件,只需输入管道网络的邻接矩阵,即可自动产生流量压力分布计算的数学模型并进行实时动态求解。应用于某TDI装置动态流程模拟项目的实践、检验,证明了该算法的可靠性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Flow network model and solution is an important subject in the field of chemical process simulation and electrical power simulation. The structure of flow network is complicated and its flow and its pressure is highly non-liner. And the network characteristic is sensitive to the Topology structure. They lead to the difficulty of auto-modeling and calculating for flow and pressure.In this paper the topology structure for flow network is described as adjacency matrix. And the strategy to identify flow network is studied in four sorts ─ series, parallel, branch and mixing, then calculate the flow and pressure by two-tier approach. Using the above research, this paper puts forward the algorithm for auto-modeling and calculating for flow and pressure of chemical pipelines. A set of application software has been developed successfully. After adjacency matrix of flow network is inputted, the software can be employed to generate the model of flow network automatically and quickly. The software is tested well in many process <WP=5>simulations such as the realtime dynamic process simulation of a TDI plant, and shows it is reliable and practical.
