小口径榴弹定向杀伤技术的理论和试验分析

【摘要】 以往小口径预制破片榴弹,由于采用触发引信,引信一般放在战斗部头部,所以只要求弹丸具有侧向杀伤,并满足一定的杀伤半径。近年来,由于新型引信的出现,小口径榴弹已实现了空中定点爆炸功能,既可采用低伸弹道,也可采用高射角弹道在目标上空实现打击。这就为榴弹设计提出了新的要求,除侧向杀伤外,还应具有头部定向杀伤功能。 本文正是针对这一要求,以35mm口径榴弹为对象,对战斗部头部的定向杀伤进行了研究,找出了影响杀伤标准的各种因素的内在联系,并根据已有理论提出了一抛掷角公式,经过与试验双较,基本吻合。同时还对内刻V形槽战斗部的破片的形成过程进行了分析,和试验结果比较,也是基本吻合的,这为以后进一步力学分析打下了基础。
【Abstract】 In the past because small caliber premade fragment shrapnel employs the impact fuze and this fuze was fixed at the warhead head, it needs only that the pill is provided with the side kill power and some kill radius. Now with new fuze appearance small caliber shrapnel can meet the blast at the fixed place and attack the target not only in flat trajectory but also above them in high-angle trajectory, which require that shrapnel should have the side kill power as well as the directional kill power of warhead head.In order to meet above requirements the thesis discusses the directional kill power of warhead head on 35mm shrapnel.The thesis finds out the relations of all kinds of factors that affect the warhead kill power and brings forward a formula of projection angle that is quite consistent with the experimental results in fragment density. The thesis analyses the process of the fragment shaping about the internal grooves warhead that is also quite in accord with the experimental results, which base the advanced mechanics analysis later.
