【摘要】 本文讨论了朝鲜文字识别系统的性能评价指标，分析了这些指标对识别系统性能判别的不足，对识别性能判别提出了一种新的方法。该方法将样本的复杂度作为一个性能评价的有效因素，分析了样本的复杂度和识别率对识别性能评测所带来的影响，并将二者结合起来全面地评价识别性能。通过实验分析，证明了这种方法的合理性与有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the evaluation guide lines of character recognition and analyses the shortcomings of them. A new method of measuring the ability of Korean character recognition results is proposed. This measure rises the recognition difficulty of samples as a significant factor for the performance’s evaluation, analyses the influence which brought by the complexity and identification ratio for the performance’s evaluation of identification; combines two to evaluate the recognition performance roundly. The recognition difficulty and the complexity are combined as a comprehensive criterion to method the performance evaluation. Results of experimentation show the validity and feasibility of the method.更多还原
