【摘要】 目的：探讨泻心汤防治冠心病心绞痛的作用机制 方法：采用垂体后叶素静脉注射复制大鼠心肌缺血模型，高脂饲料复制高脂血症大鼠模型，并以生理盐水、阳性对照药消心痛作对照，观察其对大鼠心电图、心肌酶、血脂等相关指标的影响。 结果：泻心汤能拮抗心肌缺血引起的心电图ST段改变，以中、高剂量组效果最佳(P＜0.05)；能降低缺血大鼠血中CK、CK-MB水平，以中、高剂量组为显著(P＜0.05)，其作用与消心痛无明显差异(P＞0.05)；能降低高脂血症大鼠TC、LDL-C水平，升高HDL-C水平，以中、高剂量组为显著(P＜0.05)。 结论：泻心汤能改善心肌缺血所致心电图ST段改变，降低CK、CK-MB，减轻心肌损伤，降低TC、LDL-C，升高HDL-C水平。本研究表明泻心汤能有效拮抗实验性心肌缺血和高脂血症，值得进一步开发研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection: to explore XieXinTang (XXT)’ s functional mechanism an myocardial ischemia ,Methods: This study used Pituitrin to induce myocardial ischemia in the rais and fed the rats with high cholesterol food to induce hypercholesteraemia ,and observed the eifects of XXT on the ECG ,CK ,CK-MB ,TC, LDL-C ,HDL-C in animal models ,and compared them with the group of XiaoXinTong Tablet (XXTT), the group of modle and the normal group simultaneously.Result: XXT could resist the change of ST 2 in myocardial ischemia in rats ,which was particularly obvious in middle and the high dosage group (P < 0.05).It could decrease the levels of CK, CK-MB in myocardial ischemia in the rats . The middle and the high dosage group were especially effective in these indexes (P < 0.05).And the differences between XXT aftd XXTT had no statistical significance (P > 0.05).XXT could decrease the levels of TC,LDL-C and increase the levels of HDL-C in hypercholesteraemia The middte and the hige dosage group were especially effective in these indexes (P<0.05).Conclusion: XXT was effective in improving the change of ST segament of ECG during myocardial ischemia ,reducing the levels of CK, CK-MB in blood and alleviating the myocardial injury ,and reducing the levels of TC, LDL-C increasing the levels of HDL-C .The research indicate that XXT has an antagonistic effect on the experimental myocardial ischemia and hypercholesteraemia, which is worthy of going into further studying.更多还原
