牧区道路粒料基层材料特性研究

【摘要】 无粘结粒料是一种应用广泛的路面材料,至今仍然广泛用于国外柔性路面的基层和底基层。根据不同的使用功能,粒料的种类可从强度较低的砂砾、级配砂砾、未筛分碎石到强度较高的级配碎石、高质量水结碎石(Water Macadam)。一般用作粒料基层的是优质轧制碎石,而使用风化石修筑粒料基层很少见,研究也不多。 本文从材料基本性能试验入手,结合粒料类基层材料的物理力学性能与结构性能关系,研究分析了,适合风化石的室内振动压实试验方法以及影响粒料CBR值的因素;同时,为了评价粒料的嵌挤强度,还进行了室内大型直接剪切试验。在结合室内研究和试验路研究的基础上,推荐了适合牧区道路粒料基层的材料选择参数及配合比设计。
【Abstract】 Non-cohere granular stone is widely used as a kind of material of road pavements, and it’s also widely used in base or sub-base of flexible road surface in overseas by now. According to different use function, the variety of granular stone can be classified from low-strength granular block, such as sand and gravel, graded sand and gravel, non-screening macadam, to high-strength graded macadam and high-quality water macadam. But it’s commonly used high-quality rolling macadam in gravel base, using weathered stone in building gravel base is unusual and concerned study is scarce.Starting from the basic performance test of material, combining the physics mechanical performance of material with structural performance of granular base, this paper studies and analyses the indoor vibrating-compaction means, which should suit to the weathered stone, and the factor that can influence gravel base CBR. To valuing the interlock strength of gravel base, we also had done large-scale straight shearing test in door. Combining the indoor study with the test-road study, this paper has recommended the parameter of choosing material and mixture design, which suit to the pasturing area road gravel base.
