白泥作为固体废物填埋场覆盖材料的性能研究

【摘要】 本文通过对白泥、土壤的基本性质进行了研究,测定了掺加不同量白泥的混合土的渗透系数、并通过批次实验初步测定了混合土对COD、氨氮的去除效果及其对pH的调节作用。根据混合土渗透系数实验、批次实验的结果,淋滤实验中选取了白泥含量为20%的混合土进行装柱,研究了白泥含量为20%的混合土土柱在进水COD负荷从36.14—144.58g/m~2.d,水力负荷在15.92~191.08L/m~2.d之间变化时对COD、氨氮的去除效果及其对pH的调节作用。 实验研究结果表明,白泥具有良好的吸附性能及pH调节能力,与沙质粉土适当比例混合后可作为填埋场的覆盖材料,可以有效的弥补填埋场覆盖材料的缺乏。白泥含量为20%的混合土对COD去除率为一般为60%,氨氮的去除率一般在90%以上。混合土的深度对COD的去除率影响较大,而对氨氮的影响较小。水力负荷、污染物负荷对渗滤液中污染物的去除率有较大的影响,经过分析,水力负荷与污染物的去除率呈负相关,污染物负荷与污染物的去除率呈正相关。污染物的负荷影响较大。由于白泥中含有大量氯、钙离子,混合土将向填埋场内释放大量的氯、钙离子,这会引起管道、水处理构筑物结垢和腐蚀,这是实际应用中需要注意的问题。

【Abstract】 The basic properties of white putty and soil was studied in this paper, the penetrability of the mixed soil that contains different proportion white putty was mensurated. The removal rates of COD and ammoniac nitrogen dealt by the mixed soil was mensurated primarily through serial-experiment, the effect of PH modulation was also analyzed. According to the result of experiments of the mixed soil penetrability and serial-experiment, The mixed soil that contained 20% white putty was installed in column during drip washing experiments.During drip washing experiments, when hydraulic loading change from 15.92 L/ m2.d to 191.0817 m2.d ,COD loading change from 36.14 g/m2.d to 144.58g/m2.d, The removal rates of COD and ammoniac nitrogem the effect of leachate pH modulation was analyzed.The results show that white putty has a good property of adsorption and can modulation pH. Mixed with soil, white putty can used as overlay in bioreactor landfill. The mixed soil can substitute for soil effectively. The mixed soil which contain different proportion white putty has a good removal effect of COD and NH4-N.When leachate treated by the mixed soil which contained 20% white putty ,the removal rates of COD is above 60% The removal rates of NH4-N is above 90%. The removal rate of COD is affected more by the mixed soil height than that of NH4-N.The higher the concentration of influent COD NH4-N is, the higher the removal rate both COD and NH4-N.The lower hydraulic loading is, the lower the removal rate, because white putty contains much chloride ion and calcium ion, the mixed soil will discharge those ion to leachate.which will result in corrosion scaling of leachate collection pipeline and waste water building. Which should be pay attention to when used in practice.
