家具网络化协同设计中心关键技术研究

【摘要】 网络化协同设计是一种新的设计模式,是指一个产品开发团队,在计算机通信网络提供的分布式协同环境支持下,以群体工作目标为核心,并行、协同地设计产品的过程。网络化协同设计是对传统设计模式的一场具有划时代意义的革命,必将从根本上缩短产品的开发周期,提高设计质量,降低设计成本,全面改善产品的售前售后服务,增强企业的核心竞争力。因此,它已经成为国内外学者和企业研究的一个热点。本文结合所承担的黑龙江省重点CAD应用工程项目“家具系列产品计算机辅助设计”和国家十五科技攻关项目“网络化制造平台”(项目编号:2001BA201A06)的子项目“家具制造业产品网络化设计中心”(子项目编号:2001BA201A0605),对网络化协同设计的网络模型、支持协同设计的协同工具和产品数据存储与查询等关键技术进行了深入系统的研究,并以家具企业为主要应用对象,将研究的成果应用于家具企业中,建立了家具制造业产品网络化协同设计平台,为家具企业实施网络化协同设计奠定了基础,其研究成果具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本论文完成的主要研究工作如下:①论文对网络化协同设计的内涵、工作模式、网络化协同设计系统的功能需求进行了系统的分析和研究,在此基础上提出了协同设计系统的体系结构,最后对协同设计需要解决的关键技术进行了分析,并介绍了本论文将要研究的关键技术。②研究了家具计算机辅助设计系统和协同设计中心的集成;使用ADO技术开发接口,实现了设计软件与设计中心的共享与集成。③针对目前产品异地协同设计环境的数据查询问题,分析了家具产品数据特点,提出了基于JSP的协同设计在线查询方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的正确性;试验结果表明使用JSP在线查询产品数据是一个经济、实用、快速的方法。④研究了协同会话中几个主要问题:协同会话控制,并发控制,协同感知;针对设计中心的协同问题,提出了有效的解决方法。⑤根据国家十五科技攻关子项目“家具制造业产品网络化设计中心”的要求,研究了家具产品网络化协同设计的实现方法,提出了家具产品网络化协同设计中心的体系结构,并实现了网络协同设计、远程数据查询等功能。
【Abstract】 Network-based collaborative design (NCD) is a new design pattern. During this process a design team devises a product concurrently and cooperatively, aiming at team work, and aided by a distributive collaborative environment provided by computer communication network. It’s an epoch-making revolutionary to traditional design pattern, and it will radically shorten the time to market of a product, raise the design quality, reduce the design costs, improve the service completely and enhance the key competition ability of an enterprise. For this reason, NCD has become a hot spot of researcher and enterprise research.Sponsored by Heilongjiang province CAD application project “Furniture series of Products Computer Aided Design” and project “the Network-based Product Design Center of Furniture Manufacturing Industry” (No. 2001BA201A0605), which is a subproject of the Tenth-five National Key Project “Network-based Manufacturing Platform” (No. 2001BA201A06), this thesis made a systemic research on some key technologies of NCD, such as the network model, the collaborative design-supporting collaborative tools and the storage and query of product data and so on. With the furniture industry as the object of application, this thesis applied the research achievements to furniture enterprises, established the platform of the NCD in furniture manufacturing industry and settled the base of network-based design for furniture enterprises. This research has important theoretical significance and practical value.The major works of this dissertation are described as below:① By making a systemic analysis of the connotation, working pattern and its function requirement of a NCD, the researcher put forward the framework of collaborative design system, analyzed the key technologies need to be resolved of NCD, and presented these key technologies of this research.② The thesis does research on the integration about FCADS and NCD. In addition, it develops the interface between FCADS and NCD with ADO. From the both sides, FCADS and NCD can be realized the data sharing and integration. ③ Aiming at the data query of present distributive collaborative design environment, after having analyzed characters about data of furniture product, the author advanced a JSP-based on-line technique which can be used to query data, and <WP=7>verified it by experiments. The result indicates that JSP-based on-line technique is an economical, practical and quick method.④ By doing research on several main problems about collaborative session: control of collaborative session, concurrent control, collaborative awareness, aiming at collaborative problem of design center, put forward an effective way. ⑤ According to the requirement of Tenth-five National Key Project “the network-based product design center of furniture manufacturing industry”, the author studied the methods to fulfill the collaborative design of furniture product, put forward a framework of the NCD platform for furniture product. Further the function of the NCD, the long-distance query are brought about.
